    Cute, yet a little sad. A couple of years ago I was driving on a freeway when I saw a momma duck leading her ducklings across many lanes of traffic. I was able to avoid her with the wheels but I heard a “thunk” as I passed over them. I was bummed. I really wished it had been a Canada Goose instead.
