SC Pipe Bombers Indicted

You remember the jolly, giggling twosome that were just on their way to the beach with some “home made fireworks?” The two happy-go-lucky guys, who were victims of racial profiling according to CAIR?

Fox News Reports:

They’ve been indicted for carrying explosives across state lines. One of them was also charged with teaching the other how to use them for violent reasons.

But they looked so friendly in their pictures!

The two men were stopped with pipe bombs in their car near a Navy base in South Carolina where enemy combatants have been held. They were held on state charges while the FBI continued to investigate whether there was a terrorism link.

Mohamed was charged with distributing information relating to explosives, destructive devices, and weapons of mass destruction, which is a terrorism-related statute, a Justice Department official said. The crime carries a maximum of 20 years in prison.

I guess it wasn’t fireworks, after all.

La Raza Threatens To Cancel 2009 KC Convention

Boo frickin’ hoo.

They are protesting 73 year old Frances Semler’s appointment on the Parks and Rec Board because of her membership in The Minutemen Project, which I wrote about, here.

We’re supposed to be upset about this because the city stands to lose millions of dollars in revenue if “The Race” chooses not to come.

Councilman Terry Riley:

“I think this is a serious issue,” he said. “The city could lose $15 million.”

Remember, La Raza are the people who find it offensive and a violation of their rights that the U.S. has immigration laws.

Janet Murguía, head of La Raza:

“It is very troubling that we would be in a position to reconsider but in fact we are,” Murguía said during a trip to Kansas City. “I don’t know there is a way short of her stepping down that we could salvage this. This is offensive on many levels. We want the mayor to understand it is something that sends a very wrong signal to the Hispanic community about what the city represents.”

Again, boo fricken hoo. Off with you then!

The coolest part of it is that if they don’t come, they still will have to pay the city “as much as $70,000 for failing to meet its hotel room guarantee”.

Nude Hula Dancing Bandit Caught On Tape

Store clerk, Vicky Gaines had no idea what was in store for her when she arrived to work at Fish’s Quick Stop in De Soto, Missouri, but in the wee hours of the morning on August 18, a bare naked, masked man entered the store, and began to do a hula dance.

This was meant to be a distraction while another man took a case of beer, and some cash from the store. Gaines managed to keep her wits about her, and called the police:

“Um… I’ve got a naked man in my doorway…with a mask on…can you come…up here?”

You can watch the naked hula dancer here, (although his privates, are obscured), and watch as the men run to their car with the case of beer.

Did I hear right? Did she say that he said, “You want somma this?” LOL.

I wonder if, when they were in the planning stages of this heist, they drew straws to see who got to be the naked hula dancer.

Or if the guy just volunteered.

ANOTHER HRC Fundraising Scandal!

This Clinton donor is wanted by the FBI, and he’s a Pakistani named Abdul Rehman Jinnah. He’s wanted for illegally funneling contributions to Hillary, and Barbra Boxer’s political coffers in 2004.

A Pakistani immigrant who hosted fundraisers in Southern California for Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton is being sought by the FBI on charges that he funneled illegal contributions to Clinton’s political action committee and Sen. Barbara Boxer’s 2004 reelection campaign. Authorities say Northridge businessman Abdul Rehman Jinnah, 56, fled the country after an indictment accused him of engineering more than $50,000 in illegal donations to the Democratic committees. A business associate charged as a co-conspirator has entered a guilty plea and is scheduled to be sentenced in Los Angeles next week.

Will Hillary return this money, too?

Will “the Deciders” deem this a significant story to cover?

Will the Democrats manage to control Congress, and the Whitehouse, after the ‘08 elections, (but the Republicans control the bathrooms)?

‘Cause that’s what’s gonna happen, unless the Repubs get smart, and get mean.

These scandals are a gift to the Republican party.

John Edwards:”Give Up Your SUV’s”

Well, this is sure to endear him to the masses:

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (AP) — Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards told a labor group he would ask Americans to make a big sacrifice: their sport utility vehicles.

The former North Carolina senator told a forum by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, yesterday he thinks Americans are willing to sacrifice.

Edwards says Americans should be asked to drive more fuel efficient vehicles. He says he would ask them to give up SUVs.

Edwards himself, drives a hybrid Ford Escape.

His campaign bus is 80/20 biofuel and he claims he’s running his campaign carbon neutral.

So he’s got his own vehicles, covered…..

But there’s still the private jet rides, and that 28,000 square foot house in North Carolina, also supposedly “carbon neutral”. For some strange reason, he and Elizabeth are reluctant to share the utility bills with the public.

But hey, John (Two Americas, and my new house takes up almost all of one of them) Edwards drives a hybrid; he’s cool.

Horror: Woman Tries To Flush Baby Down Toilet

We’ve all heard stories of overweight women who don’t know that they’re pregnant, winding up having their babies in a toilet, because they confuse the labor pains with bowel movement cramps. This happens every so often. They fish the baby out, and live happily ever after, (presumably).

How about a woman, who has her baby in the toilet, and then tries to flush it down?

The 20 year old Kansas City woman, a McDonald’s employee, had the baby in the restaurant’s restroom toilet.

Someone called an ambulance crew about 12:30 p.m. to the restaurant at 3741 Broadway and said a woman was in labor. When the crew arrived, they found the woman sitting on a toilet. She said she had “flushed three times but that it would not go down.”

The paramedic asked the woman to stand up, and saw the baby face down in the water. The baby had no pulse, so the paramedic and his partner performed CPR, and revived the baby.

An ambulance took the mother and baby to separate hospitals. The baby was listed in critical, but stable, condition.

Police say the woman claimed that she didn’t know she was pregnant, but have information that she had previously told friends about it.

Does it get any more disgusting and depraved than this?

The baby’s mother reportedly told the ambulance crew that she did not know she was pregnant or had given birth. But police said they have information that the woman had told friends about the pregnancy, and a co-worker said many McDonald’s employees either suspected or knew it.The Missouri Children’s Division has custody of the baby. Sparks Will Fly:Islamo-Fascism Awareness Week

David Horowitz, you crazy, beautiful, evil genius, you.

The Freedom Center is organizing Islamo-fascism Awareness Weeks at over 110 colleges, and universities, throughout the nation, and two in Israel, so far. I believe the goal is for 200 campuses to participate during the week of October 22-26.

Horowitz has had it with the unfettered political correctness concerning radical Islam, which amounts to a de facto alliance between the left, and the terrorists, and undermines our national security.

The academic left wants people to believe that to link radical Islam with terrorism is Islamophobic, and the “reason they hate us” is because we’re “oppressors”.

Islamo-Fascism Awareness Week is a national effort to oppose these lies and to rally American students to defend their country.

Prominent speakers will include, Ayan Hirsi Ali, Mark Steyn, David Horowitz, Nonie Darwish, Christina Hoff Sommers, Phyllis Chesler, Frank Gaffney, and Danial Pipes.

They are planning teach-ins, sit-ins, student petitions, documentary film screenings, distribution of pamphlets, and  memorial services for the victims of Islamic Terror.

If there’s a participating campus in my area, I might have to check it out. I’ll make sure I bring my camera.

NYC Muslim Day Parade To Be Held On 9/09/07

Apparently, for almost 20 years, it was held on the last weekend of the month, but for some unknown reason, it was moved up to the ninth, this year…..that’s right, a Muslim parade, on 9/09, that close to ground zero….a pre-celebration of sorts.

The parade is run by the Muslim Foundation of America, which was founded in 1983, mainly for the purpose of organizing the parade.

Many of the speakers, and sponsors past and present are Islamic Militants.

Joe Kaufman from FrontPageMagazine has been at the forefront of exposing this travesty for what it is:

The Grand Marshal for the 2006 parade was Siraj Wahhaj, a Brooklyn imam who is known for his fiery speeches, including those that have been considered threatening to the United States. In February of 1995, Wahhaj was named – along with such people as Osama bin Laden and bin Laden’s mentor, Abdullah Azzam – as a potential co-conspirator to the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center.

Another Grand Marshal of a past parade was Muzzamil Siddiqi, the former President of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), a mosque umbrella organization that was recently named a co-conspirator to the financing of millions of dollars to Hamas. Siddiqi, like Wahhaj, has also verbally threatened the United States, stating in October of 2000, “America has to learn. If you remain on the side of injustice, the wrath of G-d will come.” There are pictures of Siddiqi speaking at the parade, on the MFA site.

This year’s Grand Marshal is no other than Keith Ellison, D, MN.

On the MFA website, in addition to the parade photo gallery, there is also a section titled, “USEFUL LINKS.” Four out of the five links listed (complete with their logos) are national organizations which have been found to be part of the violent Muslim Brotherhood overseas. They include the aforementioned ICNA and ISNA, as well as the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Muslim Students Association (MSA). CAIR was created by the American propaganda wing of Hamas, the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP), in 1994, and the MSA was the first organization created by the Brotherhood within the United States, in 1963.

Little green Footballs has an excellent video of Steve Emerson Debating the Co-Chairman of the parade, Imam Shamsi Ali, who very unconvincingly acts totally ignorant of the associations the parade has with militants. Watch Colmes, as he obligingly reads a press release from the MFA; a long list of New York Departments cooperating with the parade. I loved Emerson’s reaction to this, and his reaction to Colmes, as he simpered that this was merely an example of “Guilt by association”.

Justice Dept. To Sponser Islamist Convention

I really, really wish this was just Uncle Jimbo from Blackfive, goofing again, but the source is The Washington Times, which is really quite impeccable.

The Justice Department is co-sponsoring a convention held by the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) — an unindicted co-conspirator in an ongoing federal terrorist funding case — a move that is raising concerns among the Justice’s rank and file.

I should say…

 the sponsorship will involve sending government lawyers to man a booth for the Labor Day weekend event in Illinois.

ISNA focuses heavily on providing Wahhabi theological indoctrination materials to a large percentage of the 2,500+ mosques in North America. Many of these mosques were recently built with Saudi money and are required, by their Saudi benefactors, to strictly follow the dictates of Wahhabi imams – an edict that affects the tone and content of the sermons given in the mosques, the selection of books and periodicals that may be read in mosque libraries or sold in mosque bookshops, and the policies governing the exclusion or suppression of dissenters from the congregations.

GOP Activists Rooting For Hillary

The Politico reporting from the biennial Midwest Republican Leadership Conference, noticed that as unenthused as Republicans are about our own party’s candidates, they seem “confident and even upbeat ” about a Clinton win of the Democratic nomination.

That doesn’t surprise me at all. What I have found surprising is the gloomy mood, I’ve been detecting in Republican circles concerning our prospects for ‘08. Why, with her history?

GOP Chair, Craig Dunn got excited when asked if Clinton being the nominee would improve his party’s chances:

“Absolutely, absolutely!” he exclaimed animatedly, grinning widely. “We’ve never elected a president of the United States who started off with 45 percent unfavorable ratings!”

The woman carries a huge amount of baggage with her everywhere she goes, and although much of the voting public have short memories….that’s what 527 groups are for.

In a multimedia presentation to the most diehard of GOP heartland activists, RNC Chair Mike Duncan played and replayed a video of Clinton talking about the economy in a manner he claimed smacked of “socialism.”

when Duncan wrapped up his treatment of the Democratic presidential hopefuls, it was only Clinton that he admonished for being “one of only 22 senators to vote against [Supreme Court Chief Justice] John Roberts” and trying “to block” Samuel Alito’s Supreme Court nomination.

And only she, as Duncan told it, “blasted the Supreme Court decision on partial-birth abortion.”

Bombshell!: Castro Dead

That’s what Uncle Jimbo at Blackfive is reporting.

He states with “near metaphysical certitude that Fidel Castro has assumed room temperature and over the past week he and his brother Raoul have determined that Chavez should rule”.

He says a huge celebration is being planned where this announcement will be made.

Says it’s either the “biggest scoop ever”….”or not”.

We will see.

Packages With IED’s Being Delivered In Ontario

Canada Free Press reports that there have been three bomb deliveries in as many weeks, the last one larger and more deadly than the first two.

The package was sent to the residence of John Becker of Guelph, and was confirmed to “contain an explosive device, combustible material and projectiles that, upon opening, would have detonated and killed the person handling the package.”

The first two packages were reported to be approx. 8” x 11”, in bubble-wrapped envelopes with properly-addressed courier receipts attached. They contained a petroleum type fluid.

Members of the public are being asked to exercise caution with unexpected packages or envelopes and should contact police if they are suspicious of the contents.

Anyone with information that may assist Toronto police with their investigation is asked to contact 416-808-3638. Crime Stoppers can be reached—anonymously—by calling 416-222-TIPS,
