It took him long enough, but common sense and sanity prevailed today as George Bush agreed to lift the executive ban on offshore oil drilling.
Now it’s up to Congress to lift the Congressional ban.

Ball’s in your court, San Fran Nan…will you cry “hoax” again or get Congress off its collective arse and actually do something about energy independence now?

Gosh the Democrats should have thought twice before they threw out that line two weeks ago about how Bush had to lift the executive ban first. HA! Wonder what they will do now?
