A German food company,Sprehe, capitalizing on the current popularity of American food, and Obamamania, offers consumers this tasty looking product:
Unfortunately, the race issue has raised its ugly head. Charles Hawley of Spiegel Online worries:
For Americans in Germany, though, there is a risk that the product might be seen as racially insensitive. Fried chicken has long been associated with African-Americans in the US — naming strips of fried chicken after the first black president could cause some furrowing of brows.
To be quite honest, naming any food after a current American President causes my brow to furrow. When will this madness end?

1) Fried Pork Rinds (Obama Rinds) with Argula
2) Aborted baby fingers. The arms would look similar. born alive would be the theme.
3) Marijuana fingers (garnish with pot leaves and a side mirror of cut cocaine.

Obama Fingers is not offensive to German standards, while it is (some people say) offensive to American standards. It is like naming the food Driggers fingers. (Driggers is a black man married a white woman.) There is a team called Driggers hounds and there is no problem (Some People are unaware that Driggers is a black man.)
