Not that Fox even needs the ratings boost…but this is going to give them a ratings boost:
Former Gov. Sarah Palin of Alaska has signed on as a contributor to the Fox News Channel.
The network confirmed that Ms. Palin will appear on the network’s programming on a regular basis as part of a multi-year deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Ms. Palin will not have her own regular program, one person familiar with the deal said, though she will host an occasional series that will run on the network from time to time.
This was bound to happen sooner or later, I was counting on it. Who could be a better fit for Fox News? She’s got the looks for t.v., and conservatives love her. I’ve said for awhile that I think Sarah is finished as a candidate for high office. But I do think she’s been, and will continue to be extremely effective as a pundit.

Palin’s shock and awe campaign left the liberal pundits shrieking in rage. Most were forced to lay down tarpaulins under their recliners due to sudden soilage. And many a tofu-and-pine nut salad went uneaten as intestinal distress became the order of the day.

Okay, I’ll give the counterpoint. I think it’s a waste of her talent to go to Fox News. I want her to lead America.

This is great news! Sarah will be out in the public eye where people will once again be able to see her real, genuine persona. They will not be influenced anymore by the liberal liars in the Media of Mass Deception whose only goal was (and continues to be) to try and destroy her. I’m reading her book. She can handle these jerks and she will do it in a dignified manner that will irritate them all the more! Ha! I’m looking forward to hearing what she has to say on a regular basis. She will be able to rip apart the Dems deceptive policies and share her own conservative, Constitution-abiding ones to solve many of the problems here in America. She can still run for office (if she so chooses) in the future. There are still three more years until 2012.

Sorry, ain’t gonna happen. She can’t just go from quitting the AK governorship to running the country.
And I don’t think it’s wasted talent at all. When she was a public official, she was somewhat muzzled. Now she can say whatever she wants. She thinks like we do, and is a very effective communicator…what’s not to like?

Yeah, I agree with Christine. It will be Sarah Palin unedited, unfiltered, how she wants to be presented, not how her enemies want her to be presented.
