Ron Paul took a myriad of questions, including one pertaining to Senate bill 3081, the Enemy Belligerent, Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010, which he linked to the idea of allowing the US government to “assassinate it’s own citizens”.

We would later find out, after thinking that Ron Paul was a shoo-in to win the Straw Poll, that Mitt Romney, who wasn’t even there, would edge him out by one vote.

Nice Deb
Ron Paul has said a lot of looney stuff over the years. I’ve heard Uber-Liberals praise him, and every time I do, I know it is because they know he is unelectable. Could be that his win at CPAC and other places was a Soros setup; like the time when (live before a congressional committee) the microphone of “General Betrayus” mysteriously went dead, and protestors waiting in the gallery started screaming for the live TV cameras, and all the other odd media things that kept happening and the “spontaneous” protests during the years of BushMonkeyHitler. Never underestimate the treachery and financial clout of the enemies of this country.
