GOTV and Voter Fraud Damage Control

Every election I can remember has been hailed by conservatives as “the most important election in our lifetimes”. The reason for that is simple. Every election has been “the most important election in our lifetimes”, because every day for the past 40 years, even when  Republicans have held the majority in Congress, we have been losing the culture war, and losing it badly.

Every day, for the past forty years, leftists has been chipping away at our culture and institutions, changing the very fabric of our society from one of  largely self-starting, rugged individualists,  to one with  an ever increasing  amoral, dependent, victim class mentality that leeches off the Government. Democrat policies encourage the second type of citizen, because government largess is their stock and trade, and the more Dems get elected, the worse it gets.

The  Republican establishment, ever earning the title of the “stupid party”, has historically been ill-equipped to deal with the problem. For decades they have allowed thoroughly corrupt and illegal Dem organizations to run roughshod over the rights of the majority, out of a misplaced fear of seeming un-PC. That’s why we had ACORN committing voter fraud for decades without being investigated. That’s why we have a criminal front group like Media Matters out there masquerading as a non partisan, non profit organization, when they should have been put out of business back when Republicans held the White House and majorities in Congress. That’s also why government has been allowed to bloat to the size it has…because throwing money at ineffective solutions to problems often seems like the most compassionate way to go.

Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee have waved through the nominations of judges who, their records showed, were hostile to our Constitution. A fidelity to, and appreciation for, the United States Constitution  should be  a non-negotiable requirement for any judge in the land, but especially those serving on the highest courts. Because of this lack of vigilance,  we see, again and again, the will of the people thwarted by activist judges, making laws, rather than interpreting them.

We end up every election year at the point where we just can’t take it any more. We know liberal policies are destroying the nation, so Republicans are trusted with the task of setting things right, again. And when elected to majorities,  they take us three steps forward, and five steps backwards.  Right now, with Dems in control, we are 100 steps backwards, and ready to go off the cliff.  Yes, this is the most important election of our lifetimes, and even with the polls so heavily in our favor, there are reasons for concern.

Dirty campaigning, and voter fraud is always a concern, but this year, it will be worse than ever. Desperate times call for desperate measures, and with the ACORN President’s tacit approval, Dems will be reaching into their bag of tricks like never before.

The Holder Justice Dept has no interest in protecting the integrity of the vote, nor the rights of American voters. To the contrary,  they are determined  to protect our non-citizens in the critical years ahead, putting 2010  in jeopardy.

Missouri has already seen voter fraud in an Aug 3 KC primary, and the same thing will happen again in November, unless we fight it.

Now that early voting has started in some states,  stories are trickling in about how unions and their allies could be stealing November elections, already.

I am reminded of the helpless feeling I had watching the early voting shenanigans in Ohio, under corrupt ACORN stooge,  Jennifer Brunner. I remember thinking that Ohio was being stolen right under our noses.

One thing is for sure. Republicans can not win in a close race in many blue states. And we have a lot of close races going into the elections this November.

So you can either sit on your asses and just read about the wave, which won’t come, because you’re not making it come, or you can be the wave.

And, again, contact your local GOP offices to find out how you can help.

He’ll be announcing a big GOTV campaign “intended to unite the Online Armies in getting together over the next few weekends to phone bank, knock on doors, all of that”:

The plan is to get bloggers, twitters, and commenters (and lurkers too!) to sign up to adopt a district or whatever and make this Big Red Bitch really hit hard.

I don’t know what kind of numbers we can get. My hope, though, is that we get about 100 or 200 bloggers and big-time twitterers to come out, and then maybe each of us gets 10 or 15 of our more local buddies to come out for it. And other people just sign up anyway because they feel kind of guilty.

So I’m hoping we can get maybe another 2000 in ground troops for the election, coming out one weekend, maybe all weekends before the election.

That’s the hope.

And I hope it comes together on Monday. Fingers crossed. I have an ally determined to pull this off bringing it together (under the banner of a major allied organization). If not Monday, soon after.

To be honest, I’m not as worried about GOTV, as much as I am the integrity of the vote.

Resolute Media Group, Emerging Corruption and other New Media outlets will use social media (i.e. Face-book and twitter) integration to get the stories out that the liberal media will not cover accurately if at all. When America was founded, ordinary citizens used the media to spread ideas and even those who lacked funding were able to find ways of disseminating information. As citizen journalist our role is not to interact or intimidate, but to observe and report. The left should look at this as protecting the rights of everyone and they are welcome to participate.

OUR ELECTION DAY PLAN

PJMedia is announcing a new initiative for election day 2010 — “VOTER FRAUD WATCH.”   This initiative is to be carried forth on Pajamas Media and PJTV.

As almost everyone would agree, in a democracy the integrity of the vote is paramount.  If significant fraud or intimidation occurs at our polling places during an election, our democratic system of government is in peril.

PJMedia has been at the forefront of this struggle for integrity of the vote, most recently via its coverage of the Department of Justice/New Black Panther  controversy. This coverage was led by DOJ whistle blower and former attorney in the department’s voter rights division, J. If Republicans manage to win back the House and Senate, this November, I hope they understand that when the new Congress convenes in January, 2011, it can no longer be business as usual. No more reaching across the aisle, and no more compromises with Dem Socialists. They need to defund as much of  Obama’s handiwork  as they can. I want to see the investigations Issa has promised followed up on, and funding permanently cut off to outlaw leftist organizations like ACORN.   Chris Christy is showing them they way.

Every once in a while I discover someone or something on the internet that makes me marvel that I didn’t know about him/her/it sooner. This is one of those times…

I spotted this video at Hillbuzz and had to swipe it because I love this gal’s spunk. They’re impressed with this  phenomenon they call the rise of anti-Leftist folk songs on YouTube.

It’s a little dated – circa late January 2010:

I wanted to know who this talented woman was.

She has it all… she sings, plays, and no doubt wrote this song herself.  And she performs her masterpiece …right in her own living room.

Her name is Megan Fox and she’s  a stay at home mom who has her own blog talk radio show and also blogs at The Intolerant Fox. I’m listening to her podcast about the One Nation rally, right now.

A Little Background Info On Obama’s New Anti-Military National Security Adviser

Obama’s National Security Adviser, Marine General Jim Jones resigned on Friday, and is being replaced by political operative Tom Donilon.

Any thoughts people were having that Obama might move to the center after the Dem shellacking in November can now be officially put to rest.

John, at Powerline provides a little background information on the President’s new National Security Adviser:

For a long time, Donilon lived his life from presidential campaign to campaign.

The Democratic operative worked on his first Democratic National Convention at 24, and he’s been helping elect candidates ever since. He has worked for Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton and Joseph R. Biden. …

He was a registered lobbyist from 1999 through 2005, and his sole client was Fannie Mae. … His brother is Michael C. Donilon, a counselor to Vice President Joseph R. Biden. His wife, Cathy Russell, is Jill Biden’s chief of staff.

Andrew McCarthy notes that Defense Sec. Robert Gates had been quoted as saying that Tom Donilon would be “a disaster” if appointed national security adviser.

According to Bob Woodward’s new book, Obama’s Wars, which has somehow gotten less attention at the Times than Woodward’s Bush-era tomes, Gates described Donilon, as clueless when it comes to the military and was deeply offended by the disrespect the former Fannie Mae lobbyist showed to senior military leadership.

Obama Accuses The Chamber Of Commerce Of Doing What He Did in 2008

“J’accuse!” Jake Tapper says, speaking for Obama, “J’accuse! J’accuse!” :

President Obama this afternoon joined the gang of Democrats and liberal groups alleging that the US Chamber of Commerce is using foreign funds to influence American elections.

Referring to a study by the liberal group ThinkProgress that – correctly – notes that the US Chamber of Commerce has some funding sources abroad, including foreign corporations and American Chambers of Commerce around the world (or “AmChams”), the President said, “just this week, we learned that one of the largest groups paying for these ads regularly takes in money from foreign corporations.”

The president then took this step, saying, “groups that receive foreign money are spending huge sums to influence American elections, and they won’t tell you where the money for their ads come from.”

Oh yes, it’s all very concerning, this foreign involvement in an American election. Too bad,  it’s not actually happening:

Chamber officials say that money coming from foreign donors cannot be used for political activity under the 1907 Tillman Act, and that the charge is false.

Tita Freeman, vice president of communications at the Chamber, said “this coordinated effort is a desperate attempt to silence those who support free enterprise and a diversion from their lack of progress on job creation.”

Chamber of Commerce director of media relations J.P. Fielder says that money from the AmChams and foreign corporations go to the general fund and then the international division so it is kept away from any political activities.
Speaking at a Democratic rally in Bowie, Maryland, the president today suggested, however, that he did not believe the Chamber – and he said this is not just a threat to Democrats but to democracy.

Yes, once again, the President is  going after a an organization by name because it doesn’t support him.  I’m retching, here,  because as with all leftist thugs, the Thug in Chief accuses others of what he himself is guilty of.

Atlas Shrugs broke the story about Obama’s illegal foreign campaign contributions in 2008. In January of 2010, she wrote a piece calling for an audit of Obama’s campaign finances for Big Government:

Back when Obama was running for President, I broke a number of campaign donation stories that should have blown the race wide open. The Obama campaign committed the most egregious violations of election contribution laws, and they were dismissed with a wave of the hand. Millions came in from foreign countries — which is illegal: the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) “prohibits any foreign national from contributing, donating or spending funds in connection with any federal, state, or local election in the United States, either directly or indirectly.”

I broke the jaw-dropping story about how tens of thousands of dollars came in to the Obama campaign from a Hamas-controlled camp in Gaza. Al-Jazeera actually ran video of Obama phone banks in Gaza. One large contributor to the Obama campaign was Monir Edwan, who was listed on FEC documents as contributing to Obama from the city of Rafah in the state “GA.” If you were reading quickly, you might have thought it was just a contribution from Georgia. But there is no city of Rafah in the Peach State. Monir Edwan sent money to Obama from Rafah, Gaza.

Monir Edwan, one of Obama’s Gazan donors, said he sold Obama t-shirts that the campaign had sent him in Gaza for around $9, and that a profit was made. “Some young men,” Edwan explained, “even bought the T-shirts for 60 shekel ($17.29), which is a lot to spend in Gaza on a t-shirt, but that is how much Gazans like Obama.” I love it: jihadis in Obama Tees. How fitting.

On Watchdog.net, a site that monitors campaign contributions, Monir Edwan is listed as Barack Obama’s Top Contributor, giving $24,313 between October 27, 2007 and November 11, 2007. However, although it gives zip codes and other details for the other four of Obama’s top five individual contributors, it provides no additional information at all for Monir Edwan — and Edwan’s link is the only dead one on the Watchdog page.

Why did Palestinians in a Gaza refugee camp have such love for Obama in the summer of 2008? Did they know he was going to run a virulently anti-Israel, pro-jihad presidency?

Gaza was not alone. The contributions came from over 50 nations. And many seemed intent on skirting campaign finance laws: Obama’s foreign contributors were making multiple small donations, ostensibly in their own names, over a period of a few days, some under maximum donation allowances — but others were aggregating in excess of the maximums when their contributions were all added up. Other donations came in from donors with names such as “Hbkjb,” “jkbkj,” and “Doodad.” Also, thousands of Obama’s foreign donations ended in cents. This was evidence of foreign contributors sending in donations in foreign currencies that exchanged into odd amounts. Americans living overseas would almost uniformly be able to contribute dollars, in set amounts.

The Obama campaign received a substantial amount of money from countries that have an interest in seeing a weak American President: $366,708.22 from China; $25,259.00 from the United Arab Emirates; $7,062.60 from Russia; and $6,716.28 from Saudi Arabia. Obama also took in $6,350.00 from Indonesia; $5,000.00 from Kenya; and $1,750.00 from Egypt.

The FEC (complaint) alleges that Obama also illegally took donations from Tamil Tiger leaders. The Tamil Tigers are, according to the FBI, the most successful terrorist group in the world. While the Hillary Clinton returned contributions from the Tamil Tigers, Obama kept them.

Obama escaped an FEC campaign audit in 2008 because, as the Politico reported:

… he declined an $84 million public grant for his campaign that automatically triggers an audit and because the sheer volume of cash he raised and spent minimizes the significance of his errors. Another factor: The FEC, which would have to vote to launch an audit, is prone to deadlocking on issues that inordinately impact one party or the other – like approving a messy and high-profile probe of a sitting president.

No one was willing to take on the amazingly popular and historic new President. So he got away with it.

Frankly Speaking…

In early 2008, after I had started looking into Obama’s background, I remember thinking, “Wow, as soon as the general public hears about this, it’s going to be curtains for this guy. There is no way! He’s unelectable!”

A case in point:  February of 2008,  Cliff Kincaid wrote a stunning piece for Accuracy in Media, Obama’s Communist Mentor.

Who was Frank? Obama only says that he had “some modest notoriety once,” was “a contemporary of Richard Wright and Langston Hughes during his years in Chicago…” but was now “pushing eighty.” He writes about “Frank and his old Black Power dashiki self” giving him advice before he left for Occidental College in 1979 at the age of 18.

This “Frank” is none other than Frank Marshall Davis, the black communist writer now considered by some to be in the same category of prominence as Maya Angelou and Alice Walker. In the summer/fall 2003 issue of African American Review, James A. Miller of George Washington University reviews a book by John Edgar Tidwell, a professor at the University of Kansas, about Davis’s career, and notes, “In Davis’s case, his political commitments led him to join the American Communist Party during the middle of World War II-even though he never publicly admitted his Party membership.”

That was the first time most of us in the conservative media had heard of him, although he had been on Trevor Loudon’s radar screen since March 2007, when he wrote   Obama’s Marxist Mentor. Some of us thought that it was a significant story that would have legs. Unfortunately many bloggers shied away from it because they didn’t want to be seen as “red-baiters”. The MSM had no interest in it, whatsoever. Including  Drudge:

Drudge Plays Role of Censor

While Obama’s far-left support seems to be worthy of news and comment, Matt Drudge of Drudge Report fame has just rejected two paid ads submitted by my group America’s Survival, Inc. about the influence that CPUSA member Davis exerted over a young Obama. The ads featured a photo of Davis and a communist hammer and sickle. They asked, “Who is this man?,” and urged viewers to click to “Meet the mysterious Red Mentor” so they could be directed to two reports on the subject. The ads were “too controversial,” Drudge’s representative told me.

A few lonely voices in the blogosphere pounded the story, though. I mentioned him here, included Davis in my Reds Who Support Obama post, and again Another Commie For Obamie.

At this point, some shill, who claimed to be Mark Davis,  the son of Frank Marshall Davis (on his OFA page), started commenting on my posts under the pseudonym, “Kaleokualoha”.

Kaleokualoha Says:

Every person of integrity will probably agree the slander and libel are wrong, especially when the target is a dead poet who cannot defend himself. Yet this is exactly what is happening. By defaming the character of my father, Frank Marshall Davis, and exaggerating his radical influence on Barack Obama in “Obama’s Communist Mentor” and other AIM reports, bloggers seek to portray Barack Obama as unworthy of becoming President of the United States. While there are legitimate concerns regarding every candidate, their disinformation regarding my father is especially heinous.

They vilify a dead poet who loved the United States, and who was more likely to teach random acts of kindness than disloyalty to young Barack Obama. They deliberately misrepresent the values Obama may have internalized through this relationship, in a transparent attempt to smear Obama’s character. Like weeds in a garden of truth, such disinformation must be removed at their roots. Unfortunately, their Internet brigade is very efficient at spreading this disinformation. Fortunately, their credibility can be destroyed in the eyes of people of integrity, through irrefutable proof of their deliberate misrepresentation.

Some of their most egregious misrepresentations are claims that Davis was a “lifelong member of the Communist Party USA,” and that he was a “Stalinist” because he “stayed with the Communist Party even after the Hitler-Stalin pact” of 1939, and that “his values, passed on to Obama, were those of a communist agent who pledged allegiance to Stalin.” These unprecedented claims were made AFTER the release of “Obama’s Communist Mentor,” suggesting they were either fabricated or discovered since February 2008. They should be challenged at their source: Cliff Kincaid (editor of Accuracy In Media in his “Media Excuse Obama’s False Advertising” column) and Bill Steigerwald, associate editor of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, in a 7 June 2008 interview (http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/pittsburghtrib/news/mostread/s_571431.html)

That’s only about half of one comment. He wrote several long-winded, obfuscating comments on different posts. Here’s part of another one from, AP Whitewashes the Frank Marshall Davis Story:

In June 2008, however, Kincaid starts the “Stalinist” falsehood (http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/pittsburghtrib/opinion/s_571431.html). This is where Kincaid explains that he calls Davis a “Stalinist” because “he stayed with the CPUSA after the Hitler-Stalin pact” (1939). This contradicts Kincaid’s February 2008 column, which states Davis did not even JOIN the CPUSA until later. Obviously Davis could not have “stayed with” the CPUSA before he even joined the CPUSA. Obviously, Kincaid’s stated reason is invalid. Obviously, something else changed between February and June 2008, when Kincaid suddenly starts calling Davis a “Stalinist.” Davis suddenly became a “Stalinist” because Cliff Kincaid said so??

I doubt you will find any references to Davis being a “Stalinist” before Kincaid’s new label. Did the FBI or Congressional investigators consider him a “Stalinist”? I don’t think so!

The reason I bring this up is because I just finished reading yet another article in NRO, entitled, “Obama’s Communist Mentor by Paul Kenger, a researcher who, since the early 1990s, has “been absorbed with archives from the Soviet and Communist world — I’ve looked at every kind of declassified holding.”

In recent years, I’ve concentrated on an extraordinary cache of material from the Comintern Archives on Communist Party USA (CPUSA). This material is utterly damning to the American Left, especially in its vindication of the worst fears and warnings of anti-Communists. Not surprisingly, our illustrious “scholars” in the academy are studiously ignoring it.

Kenger has just written a 600 page book, called Dupes, which prominently features Frank Marshall Davis:

After an almost four-year-long sojourn in which I tried to ascertain whether Davis was a progressive duped by Communists, or, conversely, a Communist who duped progressives, I determined the latter. No doubt, this conclusion — which means the leader of the free world was strongly influenced by a Marxist — will bring the unholy wrath of liberals. Yet, they should brace themselves for another kind of anger. Once they read what Davis did and wrote, they might redirect their rage. In truth, Davis’s targets were mainly Democrats, and especially a Democratic icon, Harry Truman. What Davis said about Truman was unbelievably outrageous. Worse, he said it because it was the Moscow line.

With the help of two super-impressive researchers, including one living in Hawaii, I procured Davis’s weekly “Frank-ly Speaking” columns for the Record. These writings flawlessly parroted official Soviet propaganda and portrayed the likes of Harry Truman, George Marshall, and other courageous Democrats as colonialist-imperialist-fascist-racist monsters. Davis even denounced the Marshall Plan. As any student of this era knows, only the Soviet Union, via the public voices of Stalin and Molotov, took this absurd position.

In column after column, Davis claimed Truman craved not only a “third world war,” but to “rule Russia.” Davis said that Truman’s “fascism, American style” was motivated by an anti-Communism that was fueled by veiled racism. Davis repeatedly asserted that the Soviet Union not only desired peace — as Stalin seized Eastern Europe, while also killing tens of millions of his own people — but had abolished poverty, unemployment, and even racism.

Such examples from Davis are so voluminous that they constitute the longest chapter in my 600-plus-page book. Summarizing them here is impossible. But here are three telling examples.

The disgusting Stalinist propaganda Davis was spouting in these articles were written in 1950.

As someone who has long studied this period, I recognized Davis’s writing immediately as the crass propaganda pushed by Communists around the world at that time. Congress thought the same thing. Within only months of the appearance of these columns in the Honolulu Record, Davis’s name was appearing in investigations of the Communist movement. Eventually, in December 1956, he was called to testify before the U.S. Senate, where he pleaded the Fifth Amendment. In a Senate report in 1957 titled “Scope of Soviet Activity in the United States,” Davis was plainly listed as “an identified member of the Communist Party.”

The real smoking gun, however, is Davis’s declassified 600-page FBI file, which was recently released through a freedom-of-information request by a fellow researcher. A cursory glance at these pages — which include accounts by informants and eyewitnesses — quickly reveals that Davis was a Communist. As evidence for readers, we have isolated and published about a dozen pages from the file in the appendix of my book, including one that lists Davis’s actual Communist-party number: 47544.

That number is consistent with those of the period. Consider the Communist-party numbers of some of the Hollywood Ten figures whom liberals laughably still defend as innocent lambs: John Howard Lawson (47275), Albert Maltz (47196), Alvah Bessie (46836).In sum, a mentor of the current president of the United States was a Communist — and not only a party member, but an actual propagandist for Stalin’s USSR, a man who unceasingly demonized Democratic presidents and their policies and cherished ideals. Even in World War II, Davis was on the wrong side: He was flatly pro-Soviet and anti-American.

Okay, so it turns out, Kaleokualoha, that your dad was indeed, beyond a shadow of a doubt,  a card carrying, propagandizing Stalinist Commie.

The question is whether you are  a progressive duped by Communists, or, conversely, a Communist who duped progressives, (you sure as hell didn’t dupe me)

Black Pittsburgh Judge Rejects Plea Deal For “White Boy”

What the heck???

MSNBC is reporting this:

A black judge from western Pennsylvania rejected a plea agreement for a man accused of fighting with police during a traffic stop, saying it was “a ridiculous plea that only goes to white boys.”

The plea agreement was for a sentence of three months probation. Allegheny County Judge Joseph Williams said on Tuesday that a black defendant in that situation would not have been treated as leniently.

Williams later recused himself from the case, and a white judge accepted the plea agreement for 24-year-old Jeffery McGowan.

The defendant, who had no criminal record, agreed to plead guilty to disorderly conduct. He had faced charges including aggravated assault.

Can you imagine if the tables were turned, and it was a white judge saying, “black boy”, or something similar? The hue and cry would be deafening.

Meanwhile Rasmussen reports:

Perceptions about the state of black-white relations in America have fallen dramatically since the summer of 2009.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 36% of voters now say relations between blacks and whites are getting better. That’s down from 62% in July of last year at the height of the controversy involving a black Harvard professor and a white policeman.

Yeah, no kidding. I wonder why that could possibly be?

Raese Pulls Further Ahead In WV, Manchin Throws Hail Mary

Rasmussen, this morning reports:

Republican John Raese now holds a six-point lead on Democratic Governor Joe Manchin in West Virginia’s shockingly competitive U.S. Senate race.

The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Voters in West Virginia finds Raese with 50% support, while the state’s highly popular governor earns just 44% of the vote. Two percent (2%) prefer some other candidate, and five percent (5%) are undecided.

These findings now move this race from a Toss-Up to Leans GOP in the Rasmussen Reports Election Senate Balance of Power rankings.

What can Manchin do to rally WV voters to his side?

Wow. How much does West Virginia Senate candidate Joe Manchin have to distance himself from the Obama administration? This much:

Gov. Joe Manchin has scheduled a press conference Wednesday morning where he is expected to announce that the state is filing suit against the federal government over the Obama administration’s crackdown on mountaintop removal coal mining.

Obama has a 29% approval rating in WV, just so you know.

Poll Shows 11%21% Of Obama Voters Don’t Remember Voting For Him

An interesting psychological phenomenon is happening to some  people who voted for Obama.

According to The Hill, who conducted the poll, with ANGA:

Two-thirds of voters in key battleground districts will be thinking about President Obama when they choose their next member of Congress, according to a 2010 midterm election poll from The Hill and ANGA.The poll surveyed likely voters in 12 competitive congressional districts held by first-term Democratic lawmakers who came into office with the president in 2008.

“All politics is local, but not all voting,” said pollster Mark Penn of Penn Schoen Berland, which conducted the poll.

“I think, without question, people view this as a national election,” Penn said. “The strongest thing working against the administration today is the number of people dissatisfied with the economy and the government and who are willing to take their votes and vote on a national basis rather than on the merits of the individual candidate.”

One telling finding is that only 42 percent of respondents said they recalled voting for Obama in 2008 even though the president received, on average, 53 percent of the vote in those districts.

Pollsters said that finding could indicate voter remorse, which may reflect a major drop in enthusiasm for the president. Another explanation may be that many of those who supported Obama in 2008 are unlikely to vote this year.

I think the finding reveals the human brain has a biological mechanism to block unwanted memories.

Research has shown that “people are capable of repeatedly blocking thoughts of experiences they don’t want to remember until they can no longer retrieve the memory, even if they want to”.

If I had voted for Obama, I’d be so embarrassed and ashamed, I’d probably block it from my memory, too.

Still another possibility? You’d need an exhumation order or a ouija board to find out who the dead voted for, and whether they remember it. I understand Obama’s polling among the dead was quite high, even outside Chicago.

CORRECTION:

Daniel Blatt at Gay Patriot (and commenter, JeffreyQuick)  inform me I’m wrong in my math…it’s even worse than we thought:

11% of American voters don’t remember voting for Obama, but if we look at Obama voters, we divide that 11 (53 minus 42) by 53 to get 20.75.

Media Research Center Begins Campaign To Challenge Lib Media To Tell The Truth

Desperate times call for desperate measures…

With less than a month to go until the election, The Media Research Center has begun a campaign to shame the MSM into being honest in its reporting.

At Gateway Pundit, Lady Liberty reports:

Four billboard trucks encircle ABC, CBS, NBC and The New York Times on Friday bearing the message on the sides of the trucks, “Stop The Liberal Bias, Tell The Truth!” On the back of the trucks the message is “Honk If You Don’t Believe The Liberal Media!”. The trucks will continue to circle these buildings for eight hours every weekday for the next four weeks as part of a campaign run by the Media Research Center, a watchdog group that analyzes the media for liberal bias.

CNSNews reports:

Similar trucks also are operating in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, passing the offices of the broadcast networks, the Washington Post, CNN, the Newseum, the National Press Club and Politico, and ads about the campaign are running on numerous Web sites and on conservative talk radio programs.

L. Brent Bozell III, president of the Media Research Center (MRC), the parent organization of CNSNews.com, said the goal of this 2010 “Tell the Truth!” campaign “is simple: to force the liberals in the media to stop pushing an agenda and just tell the truth.”

The “liberal media news networks” need to report the facts about “massive growth in government and its control over our lives, and about spending, deficits and debt,” he told CNSNews.com. “They also need to tell the truth about the efforts to turn our country into a European-style Socialist state.”

The MSM could start by reporting on the Communist/Socialist/Marxist groups that were out in full force at the One Nation rally, Saturday, and how they trashed the mall, instead of totally whitewashing the event.

National Park’s Spokesman Lashes Out At Conservative Critics Of One Nation’s Trashing Of The Mall

Under Obama, even the Park Service has become  political, at least, that’s the impression I get from this Daily Caller article:

Spokesmen for the National Park Service and “One Nation Moving Forward” said that the pictures and videos of garbage taken by conservative bloggers and websites as well as The Daily Caller, are a misrepresentation of the liberal rally.

“I consider [The Daily Caller’s article] to be highly inaccurate,” said a very forceful NPS spokesman, Bill Line.

“To imply that this past weekend’s event is more dirty, contains more trash or is filthier than any other demonstration is not grounded in reality.”

The Park Service is part of the Dept of Interior, which is headed up by Ken Salazar.

Wishing to counter smears against Tea Partiers as well as paint liberals as irresponsible hypocrites, conservative blogs and websites have been merciless in their documentation, ridicule and condemnation of trash left by attendees of the “One Nation” rally at the Lincoln Memorial on Saturday.

…Because the difference between the tidy tea parties and the trashy lefty demonstrations  is striking, and one would have thought…undeniable. A Parks employee who was there to clean up, couldn’t deny it:

“They should have planned more,” said the only person TheDC could find cleaning up on the Mall on Sunday. “There should have been a clean-up crew.”

The man, who didn’t want to be identified by name, went on to say that he also helped clean up after Fox host Glenn Beck’s “Restoring Honor” rally in August and said there was a distinct difference in how much trash was on the Mall after that rally and the state of the Mall after the “One Nation” rally.

“I was at the other one too,” he said. “So I’ve seen both. I know the difference.”

His boss, Line, incredibly, insists on defending the One Nation crowd, (imagine that):

“This trash you have on [TheDC’s] front page could be found at any other large rally that has happened previously at the Mall and could happen in the future,” said Line.

Line said the garbage at the “One Nation” rally was no different than any other rally. Trash, it seems, is apolitical.

“It is common, typical, regular ordinary, commonplace. You get the idea?” said Line. “It’s very commonplace with ANY rally, march demonstration, anywhere on the Mall where you have large numbers of people.”

No doubt the mess is typical and commonplace for a left wing rally. We get that. But it’s not typical for a tea party, and that’s our point.
