The Administration has no right to do this.
Obama’s White House has exactly two options:
Comply with the ruling. This means that any and all activity authorized or mandated by the Statute (must) cease now.
File an appeal and ask for a stay pending its hearing. If said stay is granted, then the ruling is held pending consideration.

The statement from The Obama Administration is a declaration that he is not a President, but rather a King and he arrogates to himself a “divine right.” The willful and intentional refusal of an organ of government to abide a lawful decision of a court of competent jurisdiction is a declaration of tyranny and lawlessness. The DoL released the latest unemployment claims data this morning. The number dropped from 457K last week to 415K this week, which is much more line with the trend we’ve seen since last August (see the chart below). If that trend continues, we should see some real improvement in the jobs situation around the beginning of Fall (when the number of new claims gets to 300K to 350K).

The first Live action video, released earlier this week, showed a NJ Planned Parenthood manager counseling teenage sex traffickers. Initially, Planned Parenthood defenders like Media Matters, described it as a “hoax”, and “heavily edited”, implying that it was dishonestly portraying what happened.
In fact, even if we were to assume that Rose’s heavily edited smear job is accurate - and there are plenty of reasons to be skeptical – the video very clearly establishes that the alleged wrongdoing is counter to Planned Parenthood policy: the employee on Rose’s tape makes it clear that the actions in question would have to be concealed from others at the organization.

Planned Parenthood is too scrupulous for anyone else in the office to be let in on the “cover-up,” and when it comes to abortion, the “pimp” and “prostitute” are advised to go to another facility entirely to avoid the diligence of Planned Parenthood.
If the “alleged” wrongdoing (that resulted in Woodruff’s firing) is so counter to PP’s policies, why does it keep happening?
Unscrupulous behavior at Planned Parenthood Clinics do not appear to be a fluke.
The investigation continues to unearth alarming evidence that Planned Parenthood, which receives more than $350 million from the American taxpayer every year, is willing to facilitate the sexual exploitation of minors and young women.
The following quotes are excerpts from the Richmond video, after the employee has been told some of the girls are 14 – 15 years old:
“If someone’s a minor and they don’t want their parents to know – parent’s insurance – so an abortion would show up. You fill out paperwork and we kinda help you set it up and we have a confidential hotline that will call you at whatever number you give us and handle the whole thing. So, for someone who’s a minor, that’s a really good thing. We do ‘em like once or twice a month here.”
“We’re pretty good at handling if someone doesn’t want someone else to know.”
“We can talk to them over the phone – everything’s confidential.”
MAN: There’s some other girls that we kinda, we manage, and they kinda need help too.
PP: Right.
WOMAN: Yeah, I’ve been trying to get him in here for a while now, ’cause we gotta keep them safe.
PP: Yeah, of course. So we see people from, I mean, every walk of life, so … For a while, we were treating like all of the girls at Paper Moon [a strip club] and like, you know, various places around town, so no judgment, no sharing of information, like, uh, nothing here.
MAN: That’s what we were worried about, you know, the health facility, or the government, stuff like that. Now, the more complicated part of it, though, is, um, some of the girls, they’re around like 14, 15, and some of them are from, like, out of state, out of country. They don’t know about the facilities, they don’t know how to get help. I don’t even know how to do it. So, like, what are your, like …
PP: Like, are they legally here? Or are they legally residents?

Believe it or not, that’s the only legal issue raised in this interview — the immigration status of the girls prostituting for the pimp. He had already stated that some of the girls were 14 and 15 years of age, which constitutes criminal sexual exploitation of minors. That requires abortion clinics and all medical facilities to report the information. Did this clinic file a report? We’ll find out soon enough. Also, the dancers at the Paper Moon can’t be terribly happy to know that the clinic is advertising their diseases, especially after watching the nurse assure a pimp of confidentiality to protect his underage sex ring. Maybe law enforcement might want to take a closer look at the activities of that club, too.
If this clinic did file a report, it still needs to explain the why it facilitates underage abortions without parental consent once or twice a month.

RedState has uncovered evidence – confirmed by the CDC’s own press office – that the Obama administration is deliberately playing “hide the ball” on nationwide abortion statistics. For apparently the first time in 40 years, the CDC’s annual “Abortion Surveillance Report” was not published, and there are “no plans” for the data to be produced at this time.

A self-described Massachusetts “political activist” was arrested Monday night and charged with sending a threatening e-mail to Florida Rep. William Snyder, R-Stuart, an hour after the Arizona shooting that killed six and critically injured U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords.
The unsigned e-mail, sent to Snyder’s state House of Representatives address on Jan. 8, told the legislator to “stop that ridiculous law if you value your and your familie’s lives.”
Snyder has proposed a bill cracking down on illegal immigration for Florida in a manner similar to what Arizona has done.
Snyder said Tuesday he reported the e-mail to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office and state Capitol security officials in Tallahassee.
According to TCPalm.com and other published reports, the Martin County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday that Manuel E. Pintado, 47, of Northampton, Mass., used a public access wireless connection at a Starbucks a few blocks from his home to send the e-mail.

According to the report, Pintado said that he meant no physical harm to Snyder, “but added he was glad the e-mail made him nervous.”

Yesterday, we were asked to believe that Planned Parenthood was on to the undercover activists from Live Action, having notified the Department of Justice in the wake of their “stunts” at a number of Planned Parenthood offices throughout New Jersey.
The Planned Parenthood abortion clinic staffer who appears in a new undercover investigation video assisting two people who claim to be heading up a sex trafficking ring has been fired.
Late Tuesday night, Planned Parenthood of Central New Jersey released a statement saying she staff person, Perth Amboy center clinic manager Amy Woodruff, would be let go.
“We were profoundly shocked when we viewed the videotape released this morning, which depicted an employee of one of our health centers behaving in a repugnant manner that is inconsistent with our standards of care and is completely unacceptable,” Phyllis Kinsler, executive director of the local affiliate, said a statement, according to NJ.com.
Well ouch. What is Media Matters going to say, now that we know that Lila Roses’ Live Action sting at the Planned Parenthood of Central New Jersey didn’t produce a HOAX VIDEO, after all?:
HOAX VIDEO EXPOSED: Planned Parenthood Already Reported “Sex Trafficking” To FBI
Today, anti-abortion rights propagandist Lila Rose released her latest in a series of heavily edited videos seeking to demonstrate that Planned Parenthood engages in criminal activities. Rose’s organization, Live Action, claims their video exposes what they call “Planned Parenthood’s cover-up of child sex trafficking.”
Except that isn’t what the video shows at all.
Rather, the Live Action video shows edited comments made by a single Planned Parenthood employee. Live Action has so far refused to publicly release the full video of the incident, instead posting what the organization itself admits is an “abridged 11-minute video.” (Live Action claims they are “sending full footage” to law enforcement officials.) [UPDATE: Live Action subsequently released what they say is the full video.]
The “heavily edited” defense doesn’t seem to have convinced the executive director of the local PP affiliate.
One wonders how the left will proceed to defend the indefensible.
Whatever they come up with, their drone readers will swallow it hook, line and sinker.
The Media Matters thread linked to above degenerated into a Bristol Palin bash-fest after only the second comment.
Here, the Media Matters writer actually tries to make the case that because Woodruff advised the nice young couple to go to another facility, it demonstrates the proper due diligence of Planned Parenthood. While 15 year old sex slaves can have an abortion at their facilities, 14 year olds are advised to go somewhere else – like to “Dr” Gosnell’s clinic, for example. His argument is that this type of corruption isn’t endemic at Planned Parenthood, even though Live Action videos have proven repeatedly, otherwise.
Lila Rose has declined to say whether Live Action will be releasing videos from any of the other clinics that Planned Parenthood says were visited between Jan. 11-15 by men posing as sex traffickers. Perhaps she’s emulating the master media manipulator?
PP’s response to the release of the video? First, they claimed the footage was a “hoax” because it was “highly edited.”(emphasis mine) Live Action released the full footage.
Then Planned Parenthood used the contrived back-up plan they hatched last week, claiming they had reported the sex traffickers immediately following Live Action’s undercover visits to their clinics. But the undercover footage tells quite a different story. No shock, no outrage, no report, only a clinic manager working with the pimp and prostitute to enable their prostitution ring of underage girls.
By Tuesday night we get news that PP has effectively thrown their employee under the bus and fired her. Now why would they do that if she and the others had reported the abuse, like they claim?
Indeed. And why does Planned Parenthood and Media Matters sound so darn alike in all their dissembling?
The visual evidence speaks for itself. And there’s more to come. Planned Parenthood is scrambling to silence our story and evidence. But in the end, the truth will get out.

Charles Krauthammer, appearing on the O’Reilly Factor, had some pointed advice for the President, ” I would put Robert Gibbs under house arrest until the crisis is over…” He took great umbrage at Gibbs’s suggestion that “any new government has to include a whole host of ‘non-secular’ actors”, (i.e. Muslim Brotherhood). He goes on to say that Biden should join Gibbs in house arrest for his idiotic statements, and questions why Hillary Clinton, the Secretary of State, would go on all of the Sunday talk shows.
I have to disagree with the Hammer’s analysis of Gibbs’ statements. I don’t think the Press Sec. was off the reservation with his comments, but simply reflecting the administration’s position on the Muslim Brotherhood.
The conventional wisdom amongst liberals is that the Muslim Brotherhood are moderates who have “renounced violence”, so there’s nothing to fear.
One might wonder how an organization can be thought to have renounced violence when it has inspired more jihadists than any other, and when its Palestinian branch, the Islamic Resistance Movement, is probably more familiar to you by the name Hamas — a terrorist organization committed by charter to the violent destruction of Israel. Indeed, in recent years, the Brotherhood (a.k.a., the Ikhwan) has enthusiastically praised jihad and even applauded — albeit in more muted tones — Osama bin Laden. None of that, though, is an obstacle for Mr. Riedel, a former CIA officer who is now a Brookings scholar and Obama administration national-security adviser. Following the template the progressive (and bipartisan) foreign-policy establishment has been sculpting for years, his “no worries” conclusion is woven from a laughably incomplete history of the Ikhwan.

Glick and Levin list the nations that have turned Islamic under Obama’s watch: Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon….
“Quite an amazing track record for someone who has been in office for two years….he really does have a special relationship with that part of the world – the only people he wants to have a relationship with are America’s enemies…”
The Daily Caller has video of Krauthammer’s comments on Special Report, tonight, after Obama’s speech:
“But why does he pop up on television after the president of Egypt speaks? He did that on Friday. He does it again today. How does it advance our policy? I think the only reason he did it, as understand it, is a way to express the general solidarity for people of the streets but I’m not sure he ought to inject himself, especially after there’s a decision that Mubarak announces because it looks as if it was our decision, our pressure and I’m not sure we want a direct connection between our president and Egypt.”
Because everything has to be about Obama. He wants it to look like it was his decision – that he’s running the show.
President Obama’s dramatic speech in Cairo in June of 2009 — intended to sway the Arab masses to the side of the United States, one supposes — was called “A New Beginning“. It certainly was, just not the beginning we’d hoped for.
Today the Egyptians are scared. They have been given a glimpse of hell and they don’t like what they see. Contrary to Al Jazeera’s propaganda, the Egyptian masses are not demonstrating anymore. They are protecting their homes and families. The demonstration last night had 5,000 political activists participating and not 150,000 as Al Jazeera insists. At this moment, no one outside of those political activists cares less now if the President will resign or not. They have more important concerns now; security and food.
So where are we today? Well the answer is still not clear, yet a couple of conclusions are evident.
1. The Gamal inheritance scenario is finished.
2. Mubarak will not run for another Presidential term. His term ends in October and either he will serve the rest of his term or will resign once things cool down for health reasons, which are real. He is dying.
3. The army is in control now. We are heading back to the “golden age” of army rule. The “kids” are no longer in charge. The “men’ are.
4. Until the economy fails again, the neo-liberal economic policies are over. Forget about an open economy for some time.
Immediately the task of the army is to stabilize the situation and enforce order. The security forces have been ordered to reappear in the streets starting tonight. The next task will be to deal with the political activists and the Muslim Brotherhood which now dominates the scene. It is anyone’s guess how that will be done, but in a couple of days the Egyptians will probably be begging the army to shoot them. Third stage will be to return to normal life again with people going back to their jobs and somehow food being made available. Later on however will come the political questions.
This may be the worst case of political correctness I’ve ever seen. The EU’s Foreign Minister, Baroness Ashton, is under fire because she refuses to name the specific religious group, “Christians”, who have been under attack in the Islamic world in a statement condemning the attacks, presumably in deference to Muslim sensibilities.
Italy accused Lady Ashton, the EU’s foreign minister, of ‘excessive’ political correctness. A meeting of EU foreign ministers failed to agree on a condemnation of sectarian attacks over the Christmas period that targeted Christians in Egypt and Iraq.
Talks ended angrily when Italy accused Lady Ashton, the EU’s foreign minister, of “excessive” political correctness because she refused to name any specific religious group as a victim of attacks.
Franco Frattini, the Italian foreign minister, demanded an EU response on the persecution of Christians after a New Year suicide bombing at a Coptic church in northern Egypt in which 23 people were killed.
The Egyptian bombing followed attacks in Baghdad and fears, expressed by the Vatican, of persecution leading to a Christian exodus from the Middle East.
Mr Frattini, backed by France, said it [is] pointless to issue statements defending religious tolerance without any references to the specific minority, Christians, that was under attack.
“This position is an excess of secularism, which is damaging the credibility of Europe,” he said on Monday night. “The final text didn’t include any mention of Christians, as if we were talking of something else, so I asked the text to be withdrawn.”

“Those who thought the creation of a high representative would lead to a more unified and coherent EU foreign policy have been very disappointed with Ashton,” said a diplomat. “She cannot even finesse a statement from Christian Europe condemning attacks on Christians.”
Shameful.
On the bright side, at least some of the ministers are rejecting Ashton’s craven stance.
I bring this up only because it echoes President Obama’s statement, wherein he had to make up fictitious Muslim victims because he couldn’t just admit that the New Years attacks were against Christians.
As I wrote then, it doesn’t fit within the warped worldview of leftists to admit that Christians are being murdered by members of the Religion of PeaceTM.
Live Action, a pro-life new media organization led by 22-year-old Lila Rose, has released a sting video featuring a Planned Parenthood office in New Jersey giving advice to a pretend pimp and his hooker girlfriend regarding their underage sex “workers”. We are talking about girls as young as 14, here.
Clinic manager Amy Woodruff, LPN, of Planned Parenthood Central New Jersey’s Perth Amboy center, warns the pimp and his prostitute to have their trafficked underage girls lie about their age to avoid mandatory reporting laws, promising, “even if they lie, just say, ‘Oh he’s the same age as me, 15,’…it’s just that mainly 14 and under we have to, doesn’t matter if their partner’s the same age, younger, whatever, 14 and under we have to report.” She says, “For the most part, we want as little information as possible.”
Woodruff also recommends how the pimp can get his prostitutes cheaper contraception by claiming they are “students”: “If they’re minors, put down that they’re students. Yeah, just kind of play along that they’re students–we want to make it look as legit as possible.”
If one of the young trafficked girls needs an abortion, Woodruff refers the pimp and prostitute to the Metropolitan Medical Association, where “their protocols aren’t as strict as ours and they don’t get audited the same way that we do.” The prostitute in the video asks how long after the abortion until the girls can have sex again, and when Woodruff says “minimum of 2 weeks,” she asks what sex acts the girls could still do to make money. Woodruff advises, “Waist up, or just be that extra action walking by” to advertise sex to potential clients.
Wow. This is just so sick. I know I’ve said this before, but abortion corrupts everything that touches it. Planned Parenthood is rotten to the core.

Media Matters is no doubt, already working hard on a defense for the Planned Parenthood teenage sex slave enablers. Like their attempts to debunk the ACORN sting videos – it will be weak.
Update II: TPM Muckraker reported a week ago that Planned Parenthood’s national office notified the Department of Justice of the pair’s activities:
In the course of five days this month, eight Planned Parenthood clinics in five states and D.C. reported getting the same visit: A man said he needed treatment for a sexually transmitted disease and then, once alone with a staff member, implied that he ran an interstate sex trafficking ring that involves minors and illegal immigrants.
The Planned Parenthood Federation of America thinks that the visits, which happened between Jan. 11 and 15, are part of a James O’Keefe-style “sting.” But the group called in the FBI anyway.
“These multi-state visits from men claiming to be engaged in sex trafficking of minors may be a hoax,” Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood, wrote in a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder last week. “However, if the representations made by this man are true,” she wrote, they indicate violations of several sex trafficking, prostitution and child sex laws.
It seems that the national office figured out what happened — but that doesn’t explain the enthusiasm with which this clinic advised the undercover reporters, nor of the manager’s offer to personally streamline the process for the putative pimp, either. Plus, if she played along with the pair, why then refer them to MMA for abortions because MMA doesn’t get audited stringently?
At some point the offices caught wind of what was going on. But this video shows what it shows. If Woodruff really turned them in after that performance, she deserves the Oscar for “Best Actress”..
Personally, I don’t believe abortion workers are that talented or they would be in another line of work.
…the video comes as Governor Christie, who has already yanked state taxpayer funding for Planned Parenthood, has a bill the state legislature has sent him to restore those family planning funds. Marie Tasy, Executive Director for New Jersey Right to Life, tells LifeNews.com the new video should make it easy for the governor to veto the bill.
“Over the last year, several New Jersey lawmakers endorsed by Planned Parenthood have continued to defy the Governor and push legislation to use taxpayer money to fund these clinics,” she said. “” Using buzz words and phrases like ‘gender equity’ and ‘poor women’s access to health care,’ these lawmakers have invoked ‘mothers, daughters, wives, sisters and friends who may one day find themselves without health care’ to try to obtain support for their misguided attempts to fund Planned Parenthood.”
“After viewing this video, we ask, who in their right mind would trust their mother, wife, sister, friend and especially their minor daughter to Planned Parenthood?” she asked.
Anybody who has any knowledge at all of Planned Parenthood’s despicable practices, especially those already exposed by Live Action in the past, should have been able to guess that Planned Parenthood isn’t the least bit ethical. Their primary concern is killing children while they are at their most vulnerable moments in life. Everything else is secondary.
We are calling on Congress to immediately freeze all funding of Planned Parenthood. We request that the Department of Justice and FBI launch a full-scale investigation of Planned Parenthood and prosecute the aiding and abetting of human trafficking.
We are also calling on state authorities to immediately revoke the licenses of all Planned Parenthood clinics found covering up sex abuse.
As we release this footage, it disturbs me to think of the Planned Parenthood supporters who will watch this video and still refuse to believe their own eyes and ears. No matter the evidence, a few people will refuse to believe Planned Parenthood would ever do anything wrong. To these people I ask: What more will it take?
