In this clip, you’ll hear him say the president acted like a “10-year-old” in his speech, is “in over his head,” and has spent the last few months “running for re-election.”
I love the fact that he wouldn’t even accept Spitzer’s premise that Obama is “a very smart, thoughtful guy”.
