Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, went on Sean Hannity Radio to discuss his investigation into the 2010 GSA Vegas Convention, and other Obama scandals.
In talking about Fast and Furious, Issa expressed his frustration and disgust with Eric Holder, for his lack of transparency, neverending stonewalls, and unconscionable lack of concern for the grieving families:
“…in order to get Holder to make a call ( to Brian Terry’s parents) really required shaming before our committee, he told Hannity.
I sure hope Republicans have some kind of effective endgame in mind, here. I’d hate to think that they’re going to allow themselves to be strung along by the Obama regime’s malefactors from now until the election.
At some point, there must be a reckoning for their crimes.
Weasel Zippers: Obama Stimulus Gave $10 Million To ATF Project Gunrunner…
(CNS News) — President Barack Obama’s economic stimulus act allocated $10 million to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) for a program that traced guns sold to straw purchasers, an operation that was designed to prevent Mexican criminal organizations from obtaining U.S. guns.
The $787-billion American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, the stimulus, was passed by Congress and signed into law in February 2009. From this near-trillion dollar trove, the administration allocated $10 million to the ATF’s “Project Gunrunner” to increase staff by 37 persons, according to a November 2010 Department of Justice Inspector General report.
Will the grim specter of the Obama administration’s overwhelming corruption, as exemplified by the Fast and Furious scandal, help Republicans get elected, this Fall?
One Republican candidate, Ted Cruz, who’s running for US Senate in Texas, is using a Fast and Furious theme in his latest campaign ad to remind voters of the rot rampant in the Obama administration.
