Todd Akin won the Republican Senate primary race, last Tuesday to take on the struggling Claire McCaskill, this November. His campaign’s new ad, released yesterday responds to Claire McCaskill’s deceptive attacks on Todd Akin, and hits her liberal voting record.
“McCaskill voted with Obama 98% of the time.”
“Was the deciding vote to pass Obamacare.”
“Voted to cut and gut Medicare by 700 million dollars.”
Hahahaha- how’s that “mediscare” strategy working out for you, Dems?

The conventional wisdom on the state of the 2012 presidential race is that, thanks to his endorsement of the House GOP Budget and his selection of Paul Ryan to be his running mate, Mitt Romney has opened himself up to one of the Democrats’ favorite attacks — fear-mongering over Medicare, or “Mediscare.”
This consensus is wrong; instead, the Democrats are much more vulnerable on this issue in 2012.
