Someone Is In BIG Trouble…

WLWT out of Miami Township, OH reports that late last week, someone stole this backhoe from Loveland Excavating and drove it about 200 yards to the parking lot where you see it now.

Once at the Miami Township parking lot, the vandals dropped the bucket on a police cruiser that was getting ready to be sold for around $3,000.

Methinks someone got one too many speeding tickets.

No arrests so far…

Terror Plots Disrupted

I’m starting to see a trend.

It’s almost as if there’s been an organized attempt to have several spectacular attacks around the world at the same time. Is there an important date coming up?

Yesterday, Danish Police foiled a major attack on the nation’s capital, Copenhagen. The eight suspects are said to have ties to al Qaeda.

According to PET head Jakob Sharf, six of the suspects are Danish citizens. “With the arrests, we have prevented a terror attack,” Sharf told reporters. “Those arrested are militant Islamists with a connection to a leading al-Qaida person.”

Today, in Germany, authorities have arrested 3 Islamic terrorists who trained in Pakistan, and were planning major attacks on US facilities in the country.

German federal prosecutor Monika Harms said the three, two of whom were German converts to Islam, had trained at camps in Pakistan and obtained around 700 kilos of hydrogen peroxide for making explosives.

It makes me wonder if there are any other plots out there that have not yet been disrupted.

Correction:

The German arrests took place yesterday, too.

Allahpundit, also thinks the two plots are connected. Both groups are alleged to have ties to al Qaeda in Pakistan.

UPDATE:

Ten more Islamic Militants are being sought by German police. They are part of the same network of the three suspected terrorists that were arrested, and are believed to have been assisting them.

Wild Goose Chase!

Why are so many people finding me by googling ‘Geese’, lately?

I don’t get it. I’m not even on the top ten menu pages on Google, for ‘geese’. (I quit looking after ten pages). There are much, much better sites for finding information about geese.

My ‘News Of The Weird Right In My Own Neighborhood’ post has been my top post for the past couple of days; a post that inspired very little interest and 0 comments when I posted it.

Now that is weird.
