Voter Fraud/Intimidation Reports

voter-fraud

The McCain campaign has set up a special number to call, if you see voter fraud, irregularity or other suspicious activity: 866-976-VOTE

Something tells me they’re going to be swamped with calls all day.

•Powerline reports Voter Fraud underway in Philly. Republican poll watchers being tossed out of more than half a dozen poll stations…pandemonium ensues….video report possibly to come.

•Here’s a disturbing report out of Georgia concerning “double voting”, that is, voting in two different states. Palestra has barely scratched the surface with their investigations. Apparently, there are more than 100,000 of these cases.

Throw them all out!

•A commenter (Blazer) from the swing state of Virginia, at AoSHQ:

Well folks, this election is being stolen right here in Va. as we speak…

Nope. I saw folks being registered to vote right on the spot and allowed to go through the line. At one table, they weren’t even checking names and I.D.’s, a near riot almost ensued inside. A friend of mine across town at another precinct witnessed this also.

•Report from commenter Busox, at hillbuzz:

I was watching WSB news here in the Metro Atlanta area this morning, and I heard something I just shocked me. They have a whole building set up in Gwinnett county and sourced with people who will be CORRECTING ballots that are deemed to be bad or invalid. I can’t believe what I heard, but I asked my wife if she heard the same thing and she said yes. (thanks to Twink).

•Just great. Black Panthers wielding nightsticks are intimidating voters in Philly, and blocking the entrances to  poll stations? Video via Lauraw at AoSHQ:

Here’s an amateur video of More Black Panther voter intimidation:

•CNN Reporter catches a guy admitting he voted “a couple of times”.//says, “that’s okay!”:

If some nasty, racist Republican had tried to stop him from voting a second time, that would have been, “voter surpression”.

Can you believe this? People will be completing valid ballots to replace ballots that are considered invalid.

    Whoa…

  4. Please, people, listen to the context of the ‘couple times’ guy. He stated the lines were long and he had to come back a ‘couple times’ to vote. Not that he came back and voted a couple of times! The FOX News reporter is the only one implying anything illegal (as a joke?).
Typical FOX News. Distort the truth to make a story that appeals to the base fears of people. It’s up to us to keep them and their distortions off our channels (and stop paying their salaries). Unless you also support the Enquirer…

  5. My mistake, CNN reporter this time. Still, it’d be more interesting to see/discuss instances of actual fraud under this topic. Posting that video under a voter fraud heading doesn’t exactly help the this sites credibility.

  6. Given the context of the discussion (long lines, etc) it’s pretty clear to me he was talking about coming back a couple of times to vote, not vote a couple of times.

It’s your site. You can spin it any way you like. I’m hoping most of your readers would be fair enough to give him the benefit of the doubt.

    Good luck.

Guys, guys, let’s compromise: maybe he came back a couple of times to vote a couple of times. There – see how nice it is when we all get along?

    Of course that’d be 4 votes…
