Names and numbers via Michelle Malkin:

The 8 cap-and-tax Republican turncoats again are:

Bono Mack (CA) (202) 225-5330
Castle (DE) (202) 225-4165
Kirk (IL) (202) 225-4385 (And he’s seriously considering running for Senate!)
Lance (NJ) (202) 225-5361
LoBiondo (NJ) (202) 225-6572
McHugh (NY) (202) 225-4611
Reichert (WA) (202) 225-7761
Smith (NJ) (202) 225-3765

As Dr. Zero said in the Greenroom:

Recite the names every chance you get, and if you live in one of their districts, never miss an opportunity to remind your fellow voters what they have done. Let them know their representative voted to steal four thousand dollars from their family, as tribute to the weird state religion of radical environmentalism. Spread the anger at foolish politicians who vote on poisonous trillion-dollar bills without reading them, much less their last-minute 300-page amendments.

Love to know what they got for their betrayals.

On a lighter note, the last tweet, last night, from Newt Gingrich’s American Solutions was:

Thanks for making calls today! Together, we made it much closer than Pelosi expected. The #energytax won’t make it thru the Senate.

Let’s pray that it doesn’t so we are not reduced to an America that looks like this.

  1. I was NOT surprised to see that Mark Kirk (Illinois) was one of the turncoats. Illinois is as blue as they come, and the GOP leadership here is a joke.

I was, however, STUNNED(!) to see that MY representative, Bill Foster, was one of the sane Democrats who voted against it.

Black is white! Up is down! Dogs and cats living together!

  2. On Fox and Friends, Steve Doocy asked Carol Browner if she had read THE BILL. She said the question was UNFAIR.
    Impeach Obama for his incompetence.

  3. Pelosi did not need the 8 turncoat RINOs to pass this… what she needed was “cover” for Dems in hot re-election contests to allow them to vote “no” so they (the Dems) could get re-elected. she obviously convinced the RINOs and/or lied to them in order to get their votes.

whatever they were promised, we may never know…

    tin foil hat anyone?

  4. My Republican Congressman says Cap and Trade will be good for America.

And, he caught the Green River Killer.

Did you catch the Green River Killer?

    No, no you didn’t.

You can hear his interview here.

Dave Reichert SPEAKS: says Cap and Trade will be good for America

He argued that the expense would not be what the Heartland Institute, Heritage Foundation, and Wall Street Journal were predicting. He argued that it would cost around $.48 per day and that we would have better national security, more nuclear, coal and refining capabilities, and a cleaner environment with the bill. He argued that the conservative arguments against were mistaken, and that Washington specifically would be better off even though the bill was imperfect.

And, he caught the Green River Killer.

Yeah, it took him a couple of decades, but better late than never.

I hear Fox was thinking about making the Series 24 about Reichert. But instead of showing 24 hours in a day they would have to make each episode a year.
