Shabazz said, one of the members of the party in Philadelphia,“just happened to be a little too black or too strong” and “made a mistake” by bringing a weapon to the polls.

As the Justice department stonewalls inquiries into the voter intimidation case, as documented by , Jennifer Rubin, and The Washington Times, GOP Rep. Frank Wolf continues to press for answers.
As part of his ongoing effort to get answers as to why the Justice Department dismissed a voter intimidation case in Philadelphia involving members of the New Black Panther Party, Rep. Frank Wolf (R-10th) today announced that he has introduced a measure that would require the House Judiciary Committee to deal with the issue.
Wolf also announced that he had language inserted in the annual spending bill that funds the Justice Department requiring that its Office of Professional Responsibility provide the results of the investigation it is conducting surrounding the dismissal the case to the House Appropriations Committee. Wolf, the top Republican on the Commerce-Justice-Science Appropriations subcommittee, and Rep. Lamar Smith (R-TX), the top Republican on the Judiciary Committee, requested the investigation earlier this year.
New Black Panther Party president, and Obama supporter, Malik Zulu Shabazz hit back with an unhinged rant aimed at those House Republicans, and “Uncle Tom” and “black negro”, Michael Steele:
“These right-wing white, red-faced, red-neck Republicans are attacking the hell out of the New Black Panther Party, and we’re organizing now to fight back,” Shabazz told the podcast host, a man who calls himself “Brother Gary” and hosts a show called Conscious Chats on Blogtalk Radio.
Shabazz singled out GOP Reps. Frank Wolf (Va.) and Lamar Smith (Texas) — two critics on the House Judiciary Committee — along with “Old Uncle Tom, Michael Steele, the black Negro who heads the Republican National Committee.”
“We gearing up for a showdown with this cracker,” Shabazz said, although it wasn’t clear to whom he was referring. “He keep talking – we going to Capitol Hill, we’re just gearing up right now, we’ll go to Capitol Hill.”
Why has this man not been given a position in the Obama administration, yet? Race relations Czar, perhaps?
