Coming this Fall: New Movie Lampoons Obama/Dem Socialist Agenda

Wow. Really? This is going to be in theaters? It’s called “I Want Your Money”, and it looks awesome:

From the YouTube description:

I Want Your Money trailer…Set against the backdrop of today’s headline – 67% of Americans don’t approve of Obama’s economic policies, the film takes a provocative look at our deeply depressed economy using the words and actions of Presidents Reagan and Obama and shows the marked contrast between Reaganomics and Obamanomics. The film contrasts two views of the role that the federal government should play in our daily lives using the words and actions of Ronald Reagan and Barack Obama. Two versions of the American dream now stand in sharp contrast. One views the money you earned as yours and best allocated by you; the other believes that the elite in Washington know how to best allocate your wealth. One champions the traditional American dream, which has played out millions of times through generations of Americans, of improving one’s lot in life and even daring to dream and build big. The other holds that there is no end to the “good” the government can do by taking and spending other peoples’ money in an ever-burgeoning list of programs. The documentary film I Want Your Money exposes the high cost in lost freedom and in lost opportunity to support a Leviathan-like bureaucratic state.

Sounds like a must see.

Good timing, too, iykwimaityd.

This is from one of the writers’ summary:

“The documentary film I Want Your Money exposes the high cost in lost freedom and in lost opportunity to support a Leviathan-like bureaucratic state.”

You see, the thing is, if we let the people keep all the money (which they foolishly think is theirs to begin with), they’ll just spend it on trivial things like big-screen TVs, vacations in Bakersfield, frivolous presents for their kids, college educations, …., whereas we Progresso-Liberal Elites know that we can do so much better, spending it on important stuff like Saving the Planet, supporting all those other people who prefer not to work, helping those who find their home country’s welfare programs insufficient, and building monuments to ourselves back in our home districts.

  3. So will the Democratic-media industrial complex try to stop it from airing via McCain-Feingold the way they stopped that anti-Hillary documentary?

I’m not sure if I hope so or hope not.
On the one hand, if they do that it will get even more publicity than it would otherwise.

But the erosion of our rights and freedom really has me steamed.
