Shock Video: Boxer Camp Hires Day Laborers To Protest Fiorina

This happened today in Pasadena outside of the KPCC radio station where Boxer was debating Carly Fiorina. A citizen journalist did the videotaping:

Republicans Are Getting Smart: First Bob Etheridge Ad Hits The Airwaves

The Democrats have given us a wealth of material to work with, and much of it can be found on YouTube. I’m glad Republicans have finally become internet-savvy enough to use the gifts Dems keep giving. The truth is, there are still many Americans who spend little to no time on the internet, and who get most of their news from t.v. This ad reaches out to them:

Support Renee Elmers. This thing shouldn’t even be close.

Alan Grayson Stole Creepy “Let It Shine” Ad From Client #9

Clearly, Alan Grayson is no longer useful to the left and has become a constant source of embarrassment.

Yesterday, he was taken to the woodshed for his dishonest Taliban Dan ad by none other than MSNBC’s lib shrill, Contessa Brewer. And former Journolister, Ben Smith of the Politico humiliated Grayson further  by detecting the amazing similarity between  his shudder-inducing “Let it Shine” ad, and an Eliot Spitzer ad from 2006.  He sent the Grayson video to adman Jimmy Siegel, who made the Eliot Spitzer ad, for comment.

Siegel emailed back:

Can I sue for plagarism?

And to add insult to injury, they did a lousy job.

Be great if you wrote a column saying that you’re not allowed to shamelessly copy things in other mediums, but for some reason some media consultants have no shame. They should pay me the media buy.

Here’s the Spitzer ad:

Here’s Grayson’s ad in case you haven’t seen it (gag warning):

Never mind the apparent plagiarism. Who the hell thought it a good idea to assault peoples’ senses with images of the Geico caveman frolicking with children on the playground?

Obama: Fox News “Destructive”, Keith Olbermann, Rachel Maddow “Invaluable”

By now, most people have seen Obama’s latest broadside against Fox News. In an interview with Rolling Stone publisher Jann Wenner,  Obama said that Fox’s point of view is “destructive” to the country, while having nothing to say about the far left point of view of MSNBC. That network’s bias is so extreme, it’s trusted by only 12% of the population. Yesterday, I wondered why he would single out Fox News, while not mentioning the obvious bias of other networks.

Well I was wrong. Obama has singled out the least trusted network, too….

I almost spit out my coffee this morning when I read this bit in  David Zurawick’s piece in The Baltimore Sun:
Is Obama launching a new fall attack on Fox News?

Check out this report of White House spokesperson praising MSNBC and Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow if you don’t think the White House is on the attack against Fox again just as it was last fall — while shutting its eyes to MSNBC committing the same sins of bias of which it accuses Fox News. This sure looks like playing to the base to me. The White House spokesman says the president believes Olbermann provides an “invaluable service” to the country. He helps keep government “honest.” And this, while the president is saying Fox News is “destructive” to the country.

Here’s what White House spokesman, Bill Burton said:

However, Burton added that Obama does want to make sure that people on the left and right know that the administration’s “done a lot” and that “we’ve got a lot more to do.” He then lauded the efforts of MSNBC’s top liberal hosts.

“And if you’re on the left, if you’re somebody like Keith Olbermann or Rachel Maddow or one of the folks who helps to keep our government honest and pushes and prods to make sure that folks are true to progressive values,” Burton continued, “then he thinks that those folks provide an invaluable service.  But at the same time, we need to focus our energy and our efforts on the choice that Americans have this fall.”

Conservative leaning – bad. “Progressive values” – YUM!!!!

Yes, he’s playing to his base. That’s all the community organizer knows how to do.

The reason I don’t consider Obama MY President is because he ISN’T my President.
