Obama’s Far Left Flank In Congress Urge Him To Take “Bold Action” With $2.2 TRILLION Stimulus Package…

The chart, below, from GovTrack.com illustrates just how far left these guys are:

The Hill reports that members of the Progressive (Socialist) caucus have presented their own -uh – road-map for America’s future, and *surprise!* it involves massive spending to tackle the jobs crisis.

Reps. Raúl Grijalva (D-Ariz.) and Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) — the co-chairmen of the Congressional Progressive Caucus — want the president to champion sweeping investments in the nation’s crumbling infrastructure as a way to create jobs and jolt the sluggish economy.

“With 14 million Americans still looking for work, this is not the time to tinker around the edges,” the lawmakers wrote to Obama Thursday. “We must take bold action, and that requires federal emergency jobs legislation.”

“The country’s infrastructure needs an estimated investment of $2.2 trillion,” Grijalva and Ellison wrote. “We should not delay these crucial investments, especially while millions of Americans are out of work. Rebuilding America — without creating expensive new corporate tax loopholes — will further boost our economy and create badly needed jobs.”

Paul Krugman seen nodding in agreement.

Their only possible motive for doing this is to make Obama’s more *modest* spending plan look more reasonable.

Hopefully, no one is fooled.

Video: Thad McCotter On Being Left Out Of Debates – “It’s Disheartening”

MI Rep, Thaddeus McCotter appeared on The Neil Cavuto Show to discuss the fact that he is being systematically left out of the Republican debates even though many of the candidates on the stage are tied with him in the polls. It’s not right.

Neil agrees that excluding qualified candidates for President from the debates is “stupid”

I for one, would like to see how he would do up there, alongside the other candidates.

I suspect the quick-witted congressman would do quite well.

Obama Camp Targeting Kids, Now…

What the hell?: In Play for Youth Engagement, White House Opens Petitioning Website For Ages 13 And Up:

(CNSNews.com) – The White House has started a new initiative to engage American youth to start, circulate and sign petitions about various public policy issues. The petitions, intended to gain signatures through social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter, will get a White House review if it meets the threshold of 5,000 signatures.

The initiative, called We the People, is open to anyone 13 or older, and comes before an election year when the youth vote is not expected to be nearly close to the record high and lopsided levels it reached to help carry President Barack Obama to victory in 2008.

Note that the website is using the long-time Tea-Party slogan, “We the People” for its name.

Why on God’s green earth would the government be interested in what people as young as 13 wants them to do?

And do they have any idea how badly this could backfire? Do they not realize that there are going to be some republican out there who will put up a petition  like – “Fire Eric Holder”?

I have a thirteen year old who would do it in a heartbeat.

Also disturbing is Obama’s recent interview with “Scholastic Kids” which smacks of indoctrination. He can be heard informing child reporters that one of the biggest challenges facing their generation is recently debunked man-made ‘Climate Change’, (which most of their parents don’t even believe in) at the 0048 sec mark.

Via P/Od Patriot:

“All though we have made some big improvements in the last 20 to 30 years in making our air clean and our water clean, there are some big challenges around Climate Change…and the temperature of the planet is getting warmer because of the pollution we are sending up into the air, the carbon we are releasing. That is causing changing weather patters in places…. in Florida you may be more vulnerable to Hurricanes, in other areas we have seen more drought. It’s affecting people all around the world, so we have to get started in trying to deal with this issue and we have to make sure your generation finds better ways to use energy more efficiently so we are not sending out as much pollution into the air and that is something we are really going to have to focus on.”

P/Od says:

The parents of these kids should be honored…

It’s not everyday that your kids get indoctrinated into the cult of Global Warming by the President himself.

Ed Schultz Fill In: Tea Party supporters would like to “lynch black people for real”

I honestly didn’t think it was possible for a liberal pundit to be any more transparently demagogic, embarrassingly fat-headed, clueless, and asinine than MSNBC’s low-rent chump, Ed Schmultz, but his radio fill-in, yesterday actually managed.

The audio below ranks as one of the most hateful and vile rants ever broadcasted on the air.

Radio Equalizer, Brian Maloney sets it up by comparing him to another liberal cretin who he deals with on a regular basis:

It takes a great deal of vitriol to beat extremist “progressive” Mike Malloy at his own game, but libtalker / notorious trial lawyer Mike Papantonio has managed to crown himself the King Of Hate.

Where Malloy’s infamous rants are the product of improvisational derangement, Papantonio’s smears appear premeditated, as though he’s reading from a script or rehearsed them in advance.

“Script” is right. The “tea party is racist” talking points are being pushed by the Obami to detract from the fact that Obama’s policies are a complete and utter failure. They couldn’t make it any more obvious.

Behold Hope and Change’s “post-racial” America:

Uh-huh, yeah, well – look. We understand the strategy of the Obama camp for 2012 is to make race an issue in order to guilt whites into voting for him again. We get it – Obama has nothing positive to run on, so left-wing hacks are reduced to vile racial demagoguery.

Um, guys…..it’s not working. I almost hesitate to smack these libtards with a cluebat, because I think their race-baiting strategy is so full of fail it will drastically backfire.

They just sound desperate and pathetic constantly using this line of attack.

It’s a testament to just how poisonous their rhetoric  has gotten that this actually needs to be said in response – no, the millions of average Americans who oppose the President on legitimate grounds have no interest in lynching black people.

Incidentally – I do know of some folks who were caught on tape not too long ago saying they wanted to see a black man “strung up”, but they weren’t tea partiers.

These left-wing smear merchants might want to review their own party’s history when it comes to treatment of blacks – they might find that Democrats have a whole lot more to answer for than Republicans.

They really need to elevate their game. They will be demolished if they keep pushing this.

Rush Limbaugh Morning Update: Poor Pharaoh Obama!

Rush Limbaugh was in fine form this morning responding to the AP’s latest journalistic malpractice that Tom Blumer of Newsbusters skewered, yesterday:

This is the utter garbage in a Tuesday morning report, (“Obama faces tight restraints in crafting jobs plan”) the Associated Press’s Jim Kuhnhenn expects his wire service’s readers, listeners, and viewers to swallow, and its subscribing media outlets to non-skeptically publish and broadcast.

After you read the whole thing, you’ll be wondering what planet Kuhnhenn lives on.

Here’s Rush’s humorous morning update for Sept. 1, 2011:

Rush’s little bro, David  on Hannity, last night:

The Right Scoop David Limbaugh rips into Obama and the Democrats

I love David Limbaugh’s passion as he rips Obama for not only disregarding the law and the Constitution, but for being beholden to his ideology so much that he is the one man standing in the way of reforms that would put this nation on the right path:

Audio: Gibson CEO Claims Feds Told Him Problems Would ‘Go Away’ if Labor Done in Madagascar

The already bizarre ‘DOJ Targets Gibson Guitars For No Good Reason’ story just got even more bizarre.

In radio interview with KMJ 105.9 in Fresno, California,  Gibson CEO Henry Juszkiewicz told host Chris Daniel that the government told him that some of his problems “would go away” if the company used Madagascar labor.

Gateway Pundit has the audio:

Transcript via The Blaze:

CHRIS DANIEL:  Mr. Juszkiewicz, did an agent of the US government suggest to you that your problems would go away if you used Madagascar labor instead of American labor?

HENRY JUSZKIEWICZ:  They actually wrote that in a pleading.

CHRIS DANIEL:  Excuse me?

HENRY JUSKIEWICZ:   They actually wrote that in a pleading.

CHRIS DANIEL:  That your problems would go away if you used Madagascar labor instead of our labor?

HENRY JUSKIEWICZ:  Yes, yeah. They said that explicitly.

You can hear the entire KMJ interview here.

Juskiewicz guesses that the cost of the FBI raid to his company is in the neighborhood of $2 million to $3 million.

Meanwhile, Obama’s illegal, drunk-driving uncle has yet to be  charged for defrauding US government. It remains to be seen whether he will be deported.

A good discussion at PJTV’s Trifecta: Rocking The Union Vote: Obama Administration Cracks Down on Gibson Guitars

The quote of the day, via United Liberty:

In 2000, Charlton Heston, then serving as president of the National Rifle Association, and fighting gun control proposals, held a flintlock rifle over his head and declared famously, ‘from my cold dead hands.’ Gibson’s CEO needs to rally freedom-loving Americans similarly; raising a Les Paul Gibson guitar over his head. All Americans who believe in freedom and limited government should come to Gibson’s defense; not just those who are guitar players.” Bob Barr

Michelle Malkin: Gibson Guitars CEO on DOJ bullies: “[S]macks of something from an Orwell novel”

Two significant items to add to the Gibson Guitars vs. Obama DOJ story that we noted on Friday.

Since the WSJ first reported on the famed instrument-maker’s battle with the feds over rare wood used in its guitars last week, people across the country have rallied to Gibson’s side. The company’s CEO, Henry Juszkiewicz has publicized his legal plight –and the heavy-handed, botched enforcement tactics of a Justice Department bent on mis-applying foreign laws to American workers.

1) Andrew Lawton and Landmark Report note that Juszkiewicz has donated to GOP candidates, while one of his leading competitors “is a long-time Democratic supporter, with $35,400 in contributions to Democratic candidates and the DNC over the past couple of election cycles.”

2) Stacy McCain has the transcript and Ben Howe at RedState also spotlights Juszkiewicz’s recent KMJ interview in which the CEO revealed that the feds asserted in a court pleading that Gibson would be better off shipping their manufacturing labor overseas to Madagascar (be sure to click on the link to listen to the interview)
