Bullet People: Study Shows Academics, Media Distort Results to Bash Conservatives:

This study,  like recent studies that demonstrate conservatives’ greater awareness of threats to safety and security and penchant to value the lessons learned by previous generations, appears destined to be misrepresented in the press. But if a conclusion can be drawn from the study, it is that the conservative complaint that progressives tend only to see the good outcomes from social welfare programs may have a basis in psychology.
