Video: Phoenix CBS Affiliate Reports On Arpaio’s Findings – “Obama’s BC Failed Every Test They Put it Through”

Last Thursday, during a 1 hour and 20 minute news conference, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said the birth certificate Obama presented online, last April, was not authentic. Arpaio’s team of investigators conducted a thorough and professional investigation, and found evidence that the long-form birth certificate was created electronically and never existed in paper form.

The news didn’t make the headlines it deserved, nationwide, because of the shocking and untimely death of conservative hero, Andrew Breitbart.

It did, however make a splash in local media.

In this refreshingly fair and balanced CBS 5 AZ report, Arpaio’s findings were dutifully reported, and the anchor noted at the end of the report, “this story is just beginning to unfold”.

Not surprisingly, CBS 5 ran into a stone wall when it contacted members of Arizona’s Congressional delegation in Washington on the findings. Only one member got back to them, saying that they believed that Obama was born in the US, period. No interest in the the investigation’s findings.

I don’t care where Obama was born, at this point, frankly. All I know is that there is something deeply suspicious about the way he has handled questions about his certificate, as many conservatives noted at the time of its release. Something is being covered up, here. I have no idea, what. But there are a lot of spineless and/or venal people helping him with the cover-up.

As long as the nationwide media ignores this story, (including conservative media) spineless politicians will ignore it, too, rather than be subjected to the thuggish Alinsky tactics of the Obamacrats.

At CPAC, Andrew Breitbart famously promised, this time, Obama will be vetted. This is part of it, folks.

  1. Personally, I think the birth certificate is a lost issue.

On the other hand, if he decides to run again, he’ll be a candidate, and fair game for any and all attacks.

Why, for example, has he spent so much time, energy, and resources over the years making sure that not one of his school records or papers have not seen the light of day?

  2. What do you mean, if he decides to run again? He’s been running for reelection since he was elected. Every decision he makes is motivated by how it will effect his chances. But never mind that – as President, he’s fair game for any and all attacks. All of the records that he is covering up are lost issues if the right doesn’t have the heart to fight him on it – or worse – concedes that it’s a lost issue just as said issue is finally being investigated.
That’s what Obama is counting on.

  3. I found this information over at American Thinker.com

Among the unexpected findings of the Sheriff Arpaio cold case was this one:

Records of Immigration and Naturalization Service cards filled out by airplane passengers arriving on international flights originating outside the United States in the month of August 1961, examined at the National Archives in Washington, D.C. are missing records for the week of President Obama’s birth, including the dates Aug. 1, 1961 through Aug. 7, 1961.

I find it very intriguing to me that the same week Barack Obama was born, records from passengers arriving on international flights went missing from the National Archives.

You need to remember that Obama’s own “grandmother” from Kenya said she personally witnessed Obama’s birth in Kenya. Soon after she made that confession the Obama campaign silenced her and the liberal media didn’t pursue the story.

What I really believe happened concerning Obama’s birth is that Barack Obama was indeed born in Kenya (like his grandmother said) but arrived in Hawaii shortly thereafter. The birth announcement in the local paper was a concerted effort by Obama’s mother, Stanley Dunham, to “cover her tracks” so it would make it appear everything was legitimate and Obama was actually born in Hawaii.

Why were passenger’s immigration and naturalization service card records from international flights into the U.S. missing from just that one week? Why would Barack Obama’s grandmother say she witnessed Obama’s birth in Kenya if he really wasn’t born in Kenya? What would the grandmother’s reasoning or motive be for lying about the birth of her own grandson? She had no reason to lie about her own grandson’s birth needless to say. And why does Obama’s supposed long form birth certificate he posted online show several signs of forgery after undergoing detailed analysis by security experts? Also, why has Obama sealed most of his academic and other personal records from public view? What does he have to hide? These and other questions are worth mentioning and pursuing in order that the truth about Obama’s actual birthplace and his personal background are finally resolved once and for all. The American people deserve to know the truth.

I applaud Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s tenacity and resolve in trying to get to the bottom of this controversy. The American people need to hold their elected leaders accountable. If it is finally determined, beyond a reasonable doubt, that Barack Hussein Obama lied about his birthplace, and indeed, wasn’t born in the U.S., his presidency will have been one big farce and he should be tried for treason and other high crimes and misdemeanors – such as lying repeatedly to the American people in order to get elected to the highest office in the land. Which if proven that he did lie and deceive the American people concerning his birth, he would obviously be considered a fraud and NOT eligible to be President of the United States and impeachment proceedings should be brought against him. Or just ship him back to Kenya and let them deal with him.

  4. I’d be just as interested to know what was on the applications to Occidental, Columbia and Hawvud Universities regarding whether he claimed to be a citizen or foreign student. I’m not a lawyer, but if he was a citizen claiming to be a foreign student then I would think all three institutions of “higher” learning would wish to prosecute him for defrauding them.

On the other hand, if he was a foreign student and wasn’t claiming to be, or was correct in claiming he was a citizen of this country, on what basis did each admit him? Because of his “race?” Isn’t that racism in its purest form? Because his SAT or ACT scores were that good? THAT I’d like to see, since he’s shown absolutely no proclivity toward exceptional intelligence in the eight years he’s been in the national public eye (since his convention speech at the 2004 jackass convention) and in fact seems to be a poster child for the “dumbing down of America.”

There are a lot of things the LSM has not uncovered about him, including past associations, friends, girlfriends/lovers, etc. I’m just one voice, but I still think the American public deserves some straight answers.

  6. I’ve never put much credence to this birth issue. I always thought that if the dynamic duo [Bitch Hill & the Squirter in Chief who originally floated the rumor] couldn’t knee cap him during the dim primary, there wasn’t much to it. Especially when team ob played the race card on Bubba in SC. If they couldn’t take him out was there much to it?

Since then after reading some information on the 14th Amendment and listening to a Mark Levin broadcast on it, I’ve since changed my mind and now believe the “there is absolutely NO doubt that he doesn’t meet the requirement of the U.S. Constitution regarding qualification, in particular the original intent of the 14th Amendment.

I have no doubt that the dimoCrap party would try to pull something like this off, if given the opportunity. Republican responses like Jeff Flake gave really irritates me [and I like Flake]. There are enough irregularities regarding the issue to spark somebody’s interest, especially within our elected representatives.

In my book, the U.S. Constitution still matters and counts.

  7. I’m with you, Geo. It’s too bad there aren’t enough honorable people in Congress (party makes no difference, either – there just flat out aren’t enough honorable people there) or the media to either put this puppy to bed or get it out for the entire country to see.

When we’re talking qualifications for the presidency of the United States, all privacy laws should be suspended and every possible record of birth, school, legal entanglements, etc., should be freely open to the public.

Those privacy laws were designed by lawyers specifically to keep the public from knowledge specifically germane to the fitness of a candidate for high public office, and should be modified to allow such public access.
