Via The Weekly Standard: Businessman Says He Lost Hundreds of Customers After Attacks by Obama Campaign:

Businessman Frank Vandersloot, the CEO of Melaleuca, has been targeted by the Obama campaign after donating money to Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign. “Three weeks ago, an Obama campaign website, ‘Keeping GOP Honest,’ took the extraordinary step of publicly naming and assailing eight private citizens backing Mr. Romney,” Kim Strassel of the Wall Street Journal reported. “Titled ‘Behind the curtain: a brief history of Romney’s donors,’ the post accused the eight of being ‘wealthy individuals with less-than-reputable records.’ Mr. VanderSloot was one of the eight, smeared particularly as being ‘litigious, combative and a bitter foe of the gay rights movement.'”

The attacks are working. Vandersloot revealed in an interview on Fox News that his business practice is being hurt by the attacks from the Obama team.

“Those people that I know well weren’t affected by this [attack],” said Vandersloot. “But for people who didn’t know me, who are members of our business or customers, and they were reading this, then we got a barrage of phone calls of people cancelling their customer memberships with us.”

Vandersloot told Cavuto he thought he would have grounds to sue, but since so many of Obama henchmen are slandering him, it would be difficult.

Red Dawn – One Clenched Fist:

In 1984 a Russian defector named Anatoliy Golitsyn wrote of the period following the collapse of communism. He warned of a renewed attack on the West, engineered by KGB strategists. He said that this attack also had an economic dimension. In his 1984 book, ‘New Lies for Old’, he wrote:

“Liberalization in Eastern Europe on the scale suggested could have a social and political impact on the United States itself, especially if it coincided with a severe economic depression.”

The communist strategists have long been looking for such an opportunity. According to Golitsyn, the communist tracks Western economic developments. They watch for developing weaknesses.

There was another Russian defector named Jan Sejna, who wrote during this time progressive leaders would be elected in Europe and America, they would move their governments toward socialism.

In his 1982 book, ‘We Will Bury You’, he wrote:

“Our relationship with the United States would be the vital element in this phase. By fostering belief in our policy of friendship and co-operation with America, we planned to receive the greatest possible economic and technological help from the West, the same time convince the Capitalist countries that they had no need of military alliances.”

Indoctrinated elected American progressives in government would blindly put trust in both Russia and China.

Jan Sejna also wrote during this time:

“Capitalism would suffer an economic crisis that would bring Europe to its knees and stimulate the influence of progressive forces in European governments. They believe America would be withdrawing its commitments to help former allies”.

Once America had abandoned the defense of Europe, Russia would be convincing the Europeans that the US was pursuing a self-interested policy and even conspiring actively against them; thus we would increase America’s isolation.

The Progressives in America lower defenses and offer access to US military secrets and provide strategic transparency. They remove nuclear deterrents and defund strategic facets of the US military to lead the world in a socialist Utopian world peace.

Once Americas defenses are compromised and trades US sovereignty for world citizenship, she becomes consumed with internal transformational social problems.

Russia and China join forces with their allies to unite in “One Clenched Fist” to dismember America and take her seat as the world leaders and become the new multi-polar world powers.

Rep. Trey Gowdy Suggests House Leadership is Preventing Action against Holder in Fast and Furious Investigation (Audio)

In an interview with Ginny Simone of NRA News, May 10, Congressman Trey Gowdy vented his frustration with House leadership for not moving forward with any actions against Atty General Eric Holder in the Fast and Furious investigation. He also suggested that if Holder became a big enough liability for Obama, (who is in full campaign mode), he would become the latest Obama crony to be thrown under the bus.

Matthew Boyle of The Daily Caller reported Gowdy: Obama will fire Holder if Fast and Furious threatens his re-election ‘quicker than you can say Marc Rich’:

“Oh, I think the thing that drives 99.9 percent of all elected officials is very easy to put your finger on,” Gowdy said in an interview with NRA News’ Ginny Simone. “It starts with a ‘re’ and ends with ‘election.’”

“I think that if he [Obama] believes that the Attorney General has become something of an albatross, and is impacting his ability to carry some swing states, Eric Holder will be in the private practice of law quicker than you say Marc Rich,” Gowdy said.

On the question of moving on to the next step of holding Holder accountable, Gowdy had this to say:

“Congressman Issa is prepared to move forward – Congressman Issa has  been prepared to move forward. – when I say leadership, I mean, really —-leadership. Chairman Issa is part of the solution and not part of the problem….”

He later noted that Holder would only put up, or step down if he believed Congress was serious.

Finally, in case his message of frustration with the House leadership wasn’t clear enough, he concluded the interview by making this statement in response to  Simone’s comment  that 2012 is the most important election in our lifetimes:

“There is some merit to keeping some of your attention on November – you certainly don’t want to commit unforced errors.  On the other hand, how are you going to persuade people to let you govern, have all the gears of governance, if you’re not going to do anything right, or principled when you have the majority? There is no argument on the other side in compliance with a subpoena. I mean there is no argument!  I mean anarchy is the only argument on the other side. So if we’re not willing to press the issue, are your listeners going to have any confidence that we’ll be bold and courageous if they give us the the White House and the Senate? I mean, why would they?!”

I suggest that next week, conservatives  start making some phone calls to Boehner’s office.
