(Video) Krauthammer Not Sure If Pelosi is Pernicious or Wacky

Charles was reacting to Pelosi’s bizarre opinion that the Republicans are going after Holder, not to get to the bottom of the criminal operation, Fast and but to hamstring the Attorney General’s heroic efforts to protect voters’ rights.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., declared that House Republicans are charging Attorney General Eric Holder with contempt of Congress not as part of an investigation into Operation Fast and Furious, but in order to weaken his ability to prevent voter suppression.

“They’re going after Eric Holder because he is supporting measures to overturn these voter suppression initiatives in the states,” Pelosi told reporters during her press briefing today. “This is no accident, it is no coincidence. It is a plan on the part of Republicans.

It’s the same dilemma all conservatives  face when dealing with progressives (read Marxists) who spew nonsense …Are they being Idiots or Alinskys? There are plenty from both categories out there, but something tells me that the former Speaker of the House knows her Alinsky very well. I suspect most of the Dems in Congress do. That’s why she knows she can get away with saying something that outrageous and no one on her side will call her out on it. It’s why they’re all circling the wagons for Holder, even as the stench of corruption threatens to taint them all.

Rush to Jay Carney: If Your Guy Stopped It, Why Not Release The Documents That Show Fast and Furious is Bush’s Fault? (Video)

This awesome rant by Rush Limbaugh responding to Jay Carney’s comments, earlier today, regarding Fast and Furious, was  captured by Duane Lester, All American Blogger:

“Everything line of that is bogus!” Rush fumed,”…why not just release these documents that show that it’s Bush’s fault?”

“If you stopped Fast and Furious, you might want to call Brian Terry’s family and tell them that you stopped it – the dead border Patrol….You call them up, Jay – Holder called them after he had been  SHAMED into doing it…But you call them, Jay, and you tell them that fast and furious was brought to a screeching halt by this administration, you tell them that Bush did it, and then release the documents – sounds like you got a win-win, here, Jay…you release the documents, we see  that Bush did it all, then everybody on your team is off the hook. So why is there executive privilege, Jay? What are you hiding?

Speaker Boehner also spoke a few words today on behalf of the Terry family: Terry Family Deserves Answers on ‘Fast & Furious’

“Our son lost his life protecting this nation and it’s very disappointing that we are now faced with an administration that seems more concerned with protecting themselves rather than revealing the truth behind operation ‘Fast and Furious.’” – Statement from the Family of Border Agent Brian Terry

Speaker John Boehner read the above statement from the family of Brian Terry when asked by a reporter about the “Fast and Furious” investigation. Terry was a Marine veteran and US Border Patrol agent who was murdered while on patrol near Rio Rico, AZ in 2010. According to the House Oversight & Government Reform Committee, two “Fast and Furious” guns were recovered at the murder scene.
