Many bloggers do a post as soon as they see a story that interests them. But unless it’s something that really fires me up, or gives me an opportunity to add something original, or I can tie it in to another story I’m working on – I tend to hold back. I don’t do lots of small posts because those don’t seem to bring me much traffic, and that’s why I end up with so any tabs open. It doesn’t mean these aren’t important news stories – they are – especially when viewed in a compilation like this one that highlights Obama/Obamacrat perfidy and corruption.
I have been sitting on some of these links for days. It’s time for a release:

On Wednesday, at a speech in Charlottesville, VA, President Obama made this statement:
And they were asked about it and they said — one of their campaign people said, we won’t have the fact-checkers dictate our campaign. (Laughter.) We will not let the truth get in the way. (Laughter.)
This is a reference to comments made Tuesday by Romney pollster Neil Newhouse to Buzzfeed regarding Obama’s gutting of welfare reform; more specifically, the perhaps vehement media reactions to one ad cut by Romney attacking said gutting. Newhouse stated:
“Fact checkers come to this with their own sets of thoughts and beliefs, and we’re not going to let our campaign be dictated by fact checkers,” he said. The fact-checkers — whose institutional rise has been a feature of the cycle — have “jumped the shark,” he added after the panel.
So where did the Obama administration get the second half of that statement?
Sorry, media sharkjumpers factcheckers are too busy asking Republicans why they keep lying about what Obama was telling business owners when he said, “You didn’t build that” which he — uh — did say…. but he didn’t mean it, see. He very clearly meant something else according to their own interpretation (which matches perfectly with the Obama campaign’s desperate dissembling.) Eleventy Pinocchios!
What happens when people start ridiculing the “factcheckers’? They just double down and get even louder, that’s what….
The Mental Recession: Breaking: California Democrat Compares Paul Ryan to Nazi Joseph Goebbels:
New tone alert…
According to a just released report from the San Francisco Chronicle, California Democratic Party Chair John Burton compared Paul Ryan and the GOP to Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels.
Let’s see how – or if – the media reports this outrageous comment. Had this been a Republican, you would have already heard about it, as opposed to having to read it here.

Greetings from the California delegation breakfast at the DNC where before he had a cup of coffee Democratic Party Chair John Burton – much like his ol’ pal Guv Jerry Brown once did – just compared the Republicans to Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels, for “telling the big lie,” a reference to several falsehoods GOP VP nominee Paul Ryan recently told.
“They lie and they don’t care if people think they lie… Joseph Goebbels – it’s the big lie, you keep repeating it,” Burton said Monday before the Blake Hotel breakfast. He said Ryan told “a bold-faced lie and he doesn’t care that it was a lie. That was Goebbels, the big lie.”

Mental Recession: Video: Nancy Pelosi Refuses to Condemn Democrat Who Compared Paul Ryan and Republicans to Nazis:
The San Francisco Chronicle of all places has done a very good job of covering the story. And now they’ve included a new video update with Burton and Nancy Pelosi standing side by side, in which the reporter asks Pelosi flat-out if she agrees with the Nazi reference.
Pelosi then goes on a brief tap-dancing session in which she doesn’t disavow Burton’s comments, but reiterates the statement that led to the comparison – that essentially Paul Ryan is lying. She calls them ‘factual misrepresentations’ and instead of condemning the Nazi rhetoric, she makes some absurd comment about Republicans having “endless money to sell any misrepresentation to the American people”.

Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley was the worst (from an Obama perspective)/most honest in that he flat out said, “no” but of course, he blamed Bush.
Today Team Obama, including O’Malley, are singing a different tune…Of course we are better off under Obama than anyone could possibly imagine and only a fool can’t see it!

- Created a profile 5 minutes 39 seconds after the AMA going live, when servers were having a fit.
- Asked question explicitly requesting ways to recruit the youth that Obama relied on last election (many of whom are disillusioned with him, for all the reasons she presents herself as being subject to)
- Is literally only 1 of 10 questions answered.
- asked by one hmlee who (according to some internet detective work):
- has only one comment in her history, total
- Posted a blog entry supporting Obama
- lists herself as working/having worked as an intern at the Department of Justice
So, is it possible that she heard about it on her own, created an account, and typed up an eloquent question that is a PR man’s wet dream all within less than 6 minutes? Yes, it’s possible. It’s just not particularly likely.
At least one of the users, there, was paying attention.

Godfather Politics: Will Obama’s Fast and Furious Executive Privilege be Overturned by Federal Judge?
According to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) there is no legal ground for a federal judge to not uphold the contempt lawsuit. In an interview with The Daily Caller, Grassley said:“Well, if he [a federal judge] doesn’t [overturn Obama’s executive privilege assertion], it’s going to be the most sweeping abuse of executive privilege in the history of executive privilege.”
Issa described Obama’s use of executive privilege in this case saying it means one of two things:
“Either you or your most senior advisors were involved in managing Operation Fast & Furious and the fallout from it, including the false February 4, 2011 letter provided by the attorney general to the committee, or, you are asserting a presidential power that you know to be unjustified solely for the purpose of further obstructing a congressional investigation.”
I still contend that the House of Representatives needs to exercise their right to find Eric Holder guilty of ‘inherent contempt.’ By so doing, they would bypass the U.S. Senate and the U.S. Attorney for Washington D.C. They would have the right to issue punishment commensurate to the charges which would include sending him to jail. The last time the House used the inherent contempt charge was in 1934 in which they sent William P. MacCracken Jr. to jail for 10 days. The actions were upheld by a federal judge who deemed it was within the powers of the House under an inherent contempt charge.

A former senior congressional aide was indicted this week in D.C. Superior Court on charges that he sexually assaulted two women after drugging them with a sedative that he allegedly put in their drinks.
Donny Ray Williams Jr., 36, who served as staff director for a Senate subcommittee and worked in the offices of several members of Congress, gave at least one woman Ambien and assaulted her while she was unconscious, according to court papers.

The Other McCain: Kimberlin-Rauhauser Axis Targets Romney Campaign Staffer Bill Murphy:
Brett Kimberlin’s non-profit 501(c)4 Velvet Revolution is part of an apparent effort to destroy Mitt Romney’s online rapid-response team by targeting Bill Murphy, a young Internet operative who has helped improve the campaign’s social-media presence.
In an item posted Saturday on the Democratic Underground site, Velvet Revolution promoted an article accusing Murphy of “fraud” for his role earlier this year in the National Bloggers Club.

The article highlighted Saturday by Kimberlin’s Velvet Revolution was written by Alex Brant-Zawadzki, a Huffington Post blogger and graduate student at the University of San Francisco. Brant-Zawadzki has frequently assailed the Tea Party movement as “neo-Nazis” and “teabaggers.”
Brant-Zawadzki’s article (“Romney Staffer Committing Charitable Fraud“) refers to the American Liberty Alliance, a Tea Party-oriented project launched by Eric Odom in 2009 that was subsequently dissolved, as well as the National Bloggers Club, as points of association between Murphy and Ali Akbar, a conservative New Media strategist who is president of the National Bloggers Club. Brant-Zawadzki’s claim that the club is a “fraud” appears to be based entirely on the fact that the non-profit has not yet filed its first report with the Internal Revenue Service. Yet as Akbar has explained, the club was only organized in February of this year, and has up to one full year to report its activities to the IRS.
Brant-Zawadski has multiple online connections to Neal Rauhauser, and his article about Murphy was based in part on research by Ron Brynaert, who accused Brant-Zawadski of “ripping me off.” Brynaert, along with Kimberlin and Rauhauser, was named by Frey as suspected of complicity in Frey’s July 2011 SWATTing.
Judicial Watch: Former ACORN Director Gets $445 Mil From U.S. Treasury:
The Obama Administration has given a former director at the scandal-plagued Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) nearly half a billion dollars to offer “struggling” Illinois homeowners mortgage assistance, a Judicial Watch investigation has found.
It means the ACORN official (Joe McGavin) will go from operating a corrupt leftist community group that’s banned by Congress from receiving federal funding to controlling over $445 million in U.S. taxpayer funds. The money is part of a $7.6 billion Treasury Department program to help the “unemployed or substantially underemployed” make their mortgage payments.
In this case, JW found that a subcomponent of the state-run Illinois Housing Development Authority, known as the Illinois Hardest Hit Program, received a generous $445,603,557Treasury infusion. The Obama Administration established Hardest Hit in 2010 to provide targeted aid to families in states hit hardest by the economic and housing market downturn, according to its website.
In early 2011 McGavin was appointed as director of Hardest Hit. Before that he was director of counseling for ACORN Housing in Chicago and operations manager for a Chicago ACORN offshoot called Affordable Housing Centers of America (AHCOA). His strong ties to ACORN make him a suspect candidate to handle such a huge amount of taxpayer dollars.

New York Times: Inquiry Finds No Misdeeds by Sheriff in Arizona:
What? He’s so squeaky clean they couldn’t even manufacture something out of nothing?
The United States attorney’s office announced on Friday that it had closed an investigation over abuse-of-power allegations against Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, some of his current and former employees, and the former Maricopa County attorney, concluding that none of them had done anything wrong.
The civil rights investigation continues where’ they’ll have more leeway to manufacture an offense.

Interestingly, seated just to the secretary-general’s right is UN Under Secretary for Political Affairs Jeff Feltman. Until May 2012, Feltman served as assistant secretary of state for Near Eastern affairs in the U.S. State Department, and was the point person for U.S. diplomacy on Iran.
American officials downplayed the visit, saying he doesn’t work for the US government, anymore. But it’s concerning nevertheless because everything anyone in this radical administration says should be taken with a grain of salt. Senior officials in the Obama Administration sent a message to Tehran in the past few days, according to which the U.S. does not intend to join Israel’s side if it decides to attack the Iranian nuclear installations on its own, reports Israel’s second-largest paper, Yediot Aharonot.
According to the report, the U.S. sent the message to Iran in order to avoid an Iranian response military response that would target U.S. installations in the Gulf region.

The Bureau of Indigenous Muslim Affairs (BIMA) predicted that roughly 20,000 people would participate in its “Jumah at the DNC” open-air prayer ceremony Friday, but, according to reports, only a few hundred showed up.
That does not mean, however, that it was completely devoid of noteworthy activity.
During his comments at the prayer service, BIMA spokesman Jibril Hough reportedly claimed that Muslims reached the Americas before Christopher Columbus.
He stated, according to the Washington Times: “Muslims visited America prior to Columbus…It was a Muslim who guided Columbus on his voyage to the new world.”

President Barack Obama was a pioneering contributor to the national subprime real estate bubble, and roughly half of the 186 African-American clients in his landmark 1995 mortgage discrimination lawsuit against Citibank have since gone bankrupt or received foreclosure notices.
As few as 19 of those 186 clients still own homes with clean credit ratings, following a decade in which Obama and other progressives pushed banks to provide mortgages to poor African Americans.
