Charles Krauthammer, appearing on The O’Reilly Factor, Tuesday night, was asked about the day’s biggest stories including a supposedly scandalous AP photo of Romney, the GOP surge in the polls, and the full Democrat panic that has ensued since Obama’s abysmal debate performance.
By the way, I agree with Krauthammer and others’ assessment that Obama’s debate performance wasn’t anything out of the ordinary for him – it was only abysmal when compared to an intelligent Republican opponent who knew what he was talking about.
Best line of the clip: “Are you kidding me? Obama’s the most charismatic candidate since Pierre Elliot, Trudeau, and Rasputin”…
Heh – Charles really dislikes Obama…..
*Headline corrected to denote Romney as the debate winner – not Obama, lol, geez, no. Sorry for any confusion that caused.
I think you meant to say that *Romney* won the debate on an avalanche of facts.
Btw, who chooses the audience and the questions for the upcoming town hall format prez debate? Any chance they’ll stack the deck?

Shouldn’t be Romney, not Obama, in the title? And I do love Charles characterization of this political battle as, to paraphrase, one between Data and Rasputin. Heh.

Fixed it. That one will go down in history as one of the worst typos ever.

Mark, from what I could find, the audience will be made up of undecided voters selected by the Gallup Organization. In order to prevent stacking, at least hopefully, they must then be approved by the bipartisan Commission on Presidential Debates. That is at least what I have heard done here in the District.
