Obama: “Voting is the Best Revenge” Against Your Enemy, Mitt Romney

Yep, Obama went off ‘prompter again, today and hacked forth a glob of ugly rhetoric reminiscent of his “punish your enemies” line from October 2010. This time the enemy in need of punishment is the monster Romney.

John Nolte of Big Government wrote:

As is often the case when he goes off-teleprompter, at a campaign stop in Ohio today, Obama revealed a side of himself we haven’t seen since Hurricane Sandy gave him the opportunity to play The American President for a few days. The old Divider-In-Chief returned with a vengeance when in the middle of an attack on Mitt Romney he told a crowd at a campaign rally to stop booing and, ” Vote! Voting’s the best revenge!”
What he obviously meant was that voting is the best revenge against Mitt Romney.

Revenge?  What an odd choice of words for a POTUS to use about the Democratic process. Sounds more worthy of a community organizer – as has so much of his rhetoric this election season…

But what else are we to expect from a president who spent weeks on binders, Big Bird, birth control, and bull shit — the president whose surrogates have used the word “felon” to describe Romney and accused him of murder?

There’s a reason why the 2012 election may turn out to be a watershed event, and this episode is just one of many that illustrates why Americans are going to return this President back to Chicago where his divisive community organizing ways are more acceptable.

UPDATE:

Mitt tonight in Ohio before a crowd of 30,000:

Has there ever been so stark a contrast between two candidates?

Zombie, who expresses exactly what I think about every day of this presidency: Why Was There No October Surprise? Because Every Freakin’ Day for the Last Four Years Has Been an October Surprise:

(Like this latest one of the President telling voters to get “revenge” on his opponent. We’re almost numb to these daily outrages now.)

In Mitt Romney’s case, the answer is pretty obvious: He’s squeaky clean. His entire adult life has been like a boring treatise on Mormon moral rectitude. His political career has long been an open book — moderate, bipartisan, essentially uneventful. The Democrats have tried to squeeze some droplets of outrage over Romney’s tenure at Bain Capital, but those attacks came earlier in the summer and turned out to be extremely slim pickin’s. There are no skeletons in Romney’s closet, otherwise we would have heard about them.

But in Barack Obama’s case, the situation is reversed: Everything he’s ever done is scandalous. The reason there was no October Surprise for Obama is that we’re all scandaled out. Anyone’s who been paying attention since 2008 has literally been in paralytic shock every single day. We spent October 2012 exactly as we’ve spent every month of the last four years: Our jaws on the floor, aghast, stupefied, unable to breathe. Almost every single thing Obama has done since he’s been in the national spotlight could have been and should have been a career-ending October Surprise. But the mainstream media, as we all know, has devoted itself to protecting him.

Not a day has gone by since Obama took office when I didn’t learn of some fresh outrage and say Oh. My. God. But we’ve been traumatized so often that over time the scandals have all blurred together and fused into a single red-hot thought: Please let this nightmare end.

Keep reading. Zombie is working on a crowdsourced list of the daily outrages.

UPDATE:

Nov. 3: A new outrage is documented by Twitchy: Campaign meltdown: Creepy Jim Messina slams Romney for message of ‘revenge’:

We all suspected there was something a little off about Messina after he tweeted an utterly disturbing photo flaunting his creepiness. Today he confirmed that there’s something very off about his relationship with reality.

Or perhaps he’s just a lying liar who lies like Stephanocchio Cutter.

The Romney campaign’s message today is revenge, ours is the President’s plan for the middle class. I’ll take that contrast any day.
Yeah, of course, you and I are scratching our heads wondering what would possess him to engage in such pathetic projection.
But he knows the drones will believe what they’re told to believe. They’ve demonstrated that ability over and over again.
Obama’s supporters have earned the contempt he has for them.

It never ends.

  1. Obama is a man that thinks half of his country is evil and his enemy. Who thinks when he rules that half of the country should sit in “the back of the bus sipping slurpies”… He has disdain for his opponent and the half of the “flyover bitter clinging” citizens that are outraged over his many excesses and overreaches of which ObamaCare is just the poster child. He has shown us zero respect so there is no, absolutely no, reason for us to respect him in return. He has made Carter look reasonable, which I would have believed impossible. He just spiked the football over Sandy and voila, gas lines and rationing a la 1970s Carter Adminstration… Once again, Americans in peril (Jersey and Staten Island) and Obama is on the campaign trail saying vote for revenge! What a travesty.

  2. Ya know, for a peace-loving anti-war hero of the statists, this guy sure is willing to let people die, and to use very angry, aggressive, military language…
