Through 2012, then-Exempt Organization Specialist Stephen Seok signed many of the intimidating letters sent to conservative nonprofits. For example, this January 2012 letter sent to the Richmond Tea Party demanded the date, time and location of all group events, as well as copies of all handouts provided at the events, and the names and credentials of all organizers. Seok also demanded the names of all speakers and the contents of the speeches they made.
According to WXIX-TV/Fox 19 in Cincinnati, Seok is no longer an exempt organization specialist. He has since been promoted to “supervisor IRS agent.”

Sitting here on this Sunday morning before the election, the Sun now up, reflecting back on these years scouring through dusty old Marxist books, trying to understand a president who built his career on a mountain of lies, I confess a peace with either electoral result on Tuesday. A part of me almost wishes that Obama steals wins reelection (as I anticipate he will). The thought of him quietly retiring to a mansion in Hawaii in January to live out the rest of his life in comfort and adoration should inspire nausea. Only if Obama wins reelection do conservatives have a chance to hold him accountable for Benghazi, Fast and Furious, and all the crimes we don’t even know about yet. The man has blood on his hands and we can’t let him get away with it.

Because the Obama Administration insists on classifying the shooting “workplace violence” rather than a “terrorist attack”, Sgt. Lunsford and other shooting victims are denied combat-related pay. They are not eligible for Purple Heart retirement or medical benefits.
The Ft Hood shooting was unquestionably a terrorist attack. Before shooting, Hasan yelled, “Allahu Akbar!” Once again, our enemy, Hasan, is well taken care of by the Obama Administration while Sgt. Lunsford and fellow great American good guys get the shaft.
Marines serving at Camp Leatherneck in Afghanistan found out this week the Obama Administration will ratioon their meals starting on Saturday. NBC News reported:
Marines at Camp Leatherneck in Afghanistan will lose a key daily meal starting Saturday, causing some to forgo a hot breakfast and others to work six-plus hours without refueling on cooked food, according to Marines at the base and Marine Corps officials.
The midnight ration service — known there as “midrats” — supplies breakfast to Marines on midnight-to-noon shifts and dinner to Marines who are ending noon-to-midnight work periods. It’s described as one of the few times the Marines at Leatherneck can be together in one place.
The Obama Administration and Pentagon officials continue to shrug off concerns over a new report by the Defense Science Board that revealed Chinese hackers have accessed over two dozen major U.S. weapons systems.
“They [China] aren’t building an F-35 in Beijing from what they got,” a senior U.S. officialtold NBC News flippantly.
Pentagon press secretary George Little downplayed the security breach as well.
“Suggestions that cyber intrusions have somehow led to the erosion of our capabilities or technological edge are incorrect,” said Little.
Despite the Obama Administration’s best efforts to mute the report’s findings, military experts like retired admiral and former commander in chief of the U.S. Pacific Fleet James A. Lyons, Jr. and Asian affairs author Gordon G. Chang say the Administration’s China policy is alarmingly misguided.
“There is something very wrong at the core of the Obama administration’s and the Pentagon’s China policies,” wrote Chang and Lyons in the Los Angeles Times.
Another example of Obama’s obsession with coddling our enemies while putting Americans at risk is Obama’s desire to close Guantanamo Bay. Guantanamo detainees are the worst of the worst, caught on the battle-field trying to kill Americans. They receive first-rate medical care, special diets respecting their religion, special concessions for their religious needs and cable TV. Upon their release, many former detainees return to the battle-field killing Americans. With gas and food prices continuing to soar, extremely high unemployment, millions of American homes financially under water, the first U.S. Ambassador killed in 30 years, global jihad and three major scandals on his Administration’s plate, why is releasing our enemies apparently Obama’s number one priority?

As The Washington Examiner‘s own Susan Ferrechio reports Fridaymost news organizations boycotted on principle Attorney General Eric Holder’s offer to join a press conference Thursday in which he discussed the Obama’s White House various efforts to monitor, intimidate and harass journalists. Holder’s condition was that the meeting be “off the record,” meaning none of the reporters would be allowed to report what was said at the meeting.
Among those who did attend was the Washington Post. Today’s Post has an account of the meeting — sort of. That is, they have a story about what the Justice Department allowed them to say about its efforts to protect press freedom. The result is just beyond parody…
“The conduct of the Justice Department does not inspire confidence. We have seen pattern after pattern with respect to investigation of the media. We have seen the Department of Justice willing to seize the phone records, to seize the emails of this network, of the Associated Press and by all appearances the attorney general went before Congress, stated he had nothing to do with it, it’s become public that he did in fact have quite a bit to do with it. The attorney general needs to come forward and explain what the truth is and why he told Congress something different,” said Cruz.
“You know a thing or two about being attorney general and about the law,” said Megyn, citing his time as deputy attorney general under President George W. Bush, as well as his education at Harvard Law. “How unusual is it, in your experience, for the DOJ to be going after reporters, their records and so on? Is this something that would likely stand out in Eric Holder’s mind?”
“It’s unprecedented,” he responded. “And the degree of willingness of this administration to target, to target a reporter for this network as an unindicted co-conspirator? I mean, that is without precedent. And, unfortunately, I think it’s part and parcel of a pattern from this administration of not respecting the Bill of Rights.”
Cruz went on to declare that Obama should “absolutely” call for Holder‘s resignation because of the AG’s “willingness to disregard the law.” Kelly asked him what he thought of the right-wing bomb-thrower insults that are often hurled his way, and Cruz answered, “Folks are entitled to throw whatever insults they want. From my end, I have no intention of reciprocating. I will not response in kind.”

MSNBC contributor Michael Eric Dyson called Attorney General Eric Holder “the Moses of our time” Wednesday on “Martin Bashir.”
He was responding to Bashir’s mention of the mounting calls for Holder to step down.
“I think the attorney general should step down, too”, Dyson began, “off of that plateau where he resides in high principle….and whip some heads!”
In case you’re not rolling on the floor, laughing yet, it gets better.
He continued, “but he shouldn’t give up his office. What he should understand is that he is the chief law-giver of the United States of America, so to speak – he’s the MOSES of our time – and at least for this administration.”
Interesting point… Moses told Pharaoh, “let my people go…” because they had been enslaved by the Egyptians for 400+ years.
Holder said the focus on the Black Panther case demeaned “my people” when Congress asked about the Justice Dept. dismissal of the voter intimidation case.
Rep Bob Goodlatte (VA – R), theHouse Judiciary Chair has Called for AG Eric Holder to Step Down, which he actually did for the first time during the Fast and Furious controversy.
Congressman Randy Forbes joined Martha Maccallum on America’s Newsroom, today, to discuss Goodlatte’s letter to Holder, which states that “media reports and statements issued by the Department regarding the search warrants for Mr. Rosen’s emails appear to be at odds with your sworn testimony before the Committee.”
“I think when all this clears out…we’re going to find out that he didn’t tell the truth to the Judiciary Committee,” Forbes told Maccallum.
Early Thursday morning, Fox News was still undecided on whether or not to attend an off the record meeting with embattled Atty General Eric Holder. Holder has scheduled sessions with media reps for Thursday and Friday, and a number of them have bailed out.
When Fox and Friends aired, this morning, the hosts were under the impression that Fox was going.
After being targeted by the Regime, I could kinda see why they would want to be there to see what was being said, but later Thursday morning, Fox News decided to stand with CNN, McClatchy, the Associated Press, New York Times, CBS, National Journal, and Huffington Post to reject Holder’s transparent and self serving attempts to schmooze the media.

Radio show host Tony Katz is launching a new internet based talk show, Tony Katz Tonight,which promises to bring a new perspective to the news of the day and a fresh take on late night television.
Katz needs to raise $25,000 and has started a “crowdfunding” campaign to connect directly with fans.
“Late night TV is stale – it’s boring,” Katz noted in a press release, today. “The format hasn’t changed and the guest selection has gotten worse. Exactly how many vapid non-stars does America want to hear from? Johnny Carson used to smoke on the set. Now even talking about smoking can get you seven years in the PC gulag.”
“Contribution levels get people huge thanks, web links, personalized videos and a chance to be a part of one of the tapings”, Katz explained.
In an environment where media outlets are consolidating and programming is becoming homogenous, Tony Katz is pursuing an alternative path, proving that original content will thrive in a free market. In addition to raising capital and awareness of the program, they are also pursuing traditional network distribution of the program.
