Krauthammer: Obama’s Fix is “Entirely Lawless” (Video)

On Fox News’ Special Report, tonight, Charles Krauthammer said what a lot of pundits have been saying about Obama’s unilateral ObamaCare fix – that it is “entirely lawless – another example of Obama rewriting the law unilaterally, and no one is complaining.” He said that it was embarrassing that on either side of the aisle, it isn’t being raised. He went on to note that Obama doesn’t want the problem being fixed legislatively, (which would be the Constitutional way of doing it) – but  unilaterally and extra-legally..

Gateway Pundit: NBC Reporter Chuck Todd: Obama Doesn’t Have The Power To Do His ObamaCare “Fix” (Video)

NBC reporter Chuck Todd told us all something we already knew–

“I think Democratic politics drove yesterday more than anything else. There was widespread panic on Capitol Hill this week… But you know the bigger, the thing we’re not really talking about – he didn’t fix anything. There was nothing that was fixed because he doesn’t have the power to do it. John Boehner’s right.”

Holder Impeachent Resolution Gaining Steam in Congress

Eric Holder

Rep. Pete Olson (R-Texas) and 10 other House Republicans will introduce a resolution, today, calling for the impeachment of Attorney General Eric Holder.

Although Speaker Boehner’s office has declined to comment on the Olson impeachment resolution, referring calls to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.). Goodlatte’s panel would conduct any impeachment hearings against Holder.

In his own statement, Goodlatte was noncommittal on whether he planned to move forward with the resolution, although he did say that Holder should resign for the good of the Justice Department.

“Under Attorney General Holder’s watch, there has been a lack of leadership and a politicization of the Justice Department. Scandals from the Fast and Furious gunwalking operation to the seizure of reporters’ emails and phone records in national security leaks investigations have undermined the Department’s credibility and the American people’s trust. Attorney General Holder has also politicized the rule of law by refusing to enforce laws he doesn’t like.”

Goodlatte added: “The only way to restore credibility at the Department of Justice is through an improvement in the quality of leadership. President Obama should make a change in the leadership of the Department of Justice to restore the confidence of the American people in our nation’s top law enforcement agency.”

Matthew Boyle, who broke the story, yesterday at Big Government, talked to Rep. Olson in a telephone interview. “We can’t have the highest law enforcement official in America defying subpoenas and deciding which laws to enforce and not enforce,” Olson told Boyle. “And so the American people deserve answers and accountability. If he won’t resign, we will force him to resign through impeachment. Plain and simple.”

Olson’s resolution has already garnered the support of Reps. Larry Bucshon (R-IN), Blake Farenthold (R-TX), Phil Roe (R-TN), Lynn Westmoreland (R-GA), Roger Williams (R-TX), Ted Yoho (R-FL) and Randy Weber (R-TX), Reps. Louie Gohmert (R-TX), Michele Bachmann (R-MN) and Bill Flores (R-TX) .
