Allen West: Impeach Him Already!

impeach_obama_2An “Impeach Obama” Billboard currently on display in Georgia

Via Weasel Zippers, Lt. Col. Allen West  pleads with Congress to do something about this power-mad Alinsky-ite in the White House.

Clearly, the Rule of Law is not applicable in Obama’s world, it’s just a framework which he feels he can fundamentally transform at his will. But America does not live by imperial edict granted from on high by his highness. Heck, that’s why we had a revolution in the first place.

In Boston, Obama said these plans were junk and the insurance companies were bad apples. His own henchwoman, HHS Secretary Sebelius issued a decree making these plans non-compliant. But now the Emperor waves his hand and presto change-o, they are in compliance — in other words our Dear Leader is granting his permission.

This man is a manipulative liar. His arrogance is beyond comprehension. He has, in true Alinsky-esque fashion, picked the individual insurance market to demonize and set up the industry for blame. […]

If Americans do not finally see the arrogant lawlessness of this person who no longer holds regard for the Office of the Presidency, then God help us, for He shall certainly not bless us. What more do people need to see and endure? This disgraceful era must now end.

The president is in violation of his oath and yes, he should be removed from office by impeachment. Let the call ring across the land from sea to shining sea.

He also called on Americans to engage in civil disobedience in regards to ObamaCare, which he no longer sees as a law – but the bidding of a narcissistic  megalomanic.

Walid Shoebat: Impeachment of Obama in Sight:

The (un)affordable care act is the only signature legislation Obama passed in his first term when he had a filibuster-proof senate and a majority in the House. It is unlikely that Obama will wish to budge even if it means sacrificing his party’s fortunes in 2014. He is a true believer in socialist dogma and in his mind the healthcare act is actually working or going to work the way he wishes even though we know it is a disaster. Obama is delusional when it comes to everything he stands for even when it proves that it is failing. Look at his foreign policies. They are a complete failure. Yet, as bad as they are, Obama continues to follow the same failed policies over and over again with similar results.

If Obama opts for stubbornness and I believe that will be the case, this will lead to a probable 129 million policy cancellations, or huge premium increases with worse coverage for the money. The Democrat caucuses – both in the House and Senate – will not only wish to distance themselves from the president but may well go against him in an impeachment purge when the polls show that 15 – 20 senate seats will go up in smoke and the House may also lose more ground in the 2014 elections. Politics is war and maybe these 15 – 20 Democratic senators may wish to gain at least revenge and force impeachment before they get thrown out. Twenty-two Democratic senators with the Republican forty-five are enough to convict. Dianne Feinstein, who is not up for reelection, is already turning tail because of huge pressure from her constituents, so things could fall into place if Obama stands his ground and says no to any reform. This may be repeated in many more blue states, which is ticking off their own supporters which may be the nail in Obama’s presidency.

If the Democratic party goes in to full revolt because of Obamacare, it will be felt first in the Liberal media, as they will lead the charge. When the mainstream media leads the revolt and the full rigor of “proper and good” journalism returns, it will be as good as over for the Bamster.

And a second video has dropped from Project Veritas on Obama’s community organizing navigator friends in Texas.

Highlights:

  • Encouraging people not to report income.
  • Obamacare Navigator can’t get on the website to sign himself up!!!

And there are more to come. James O’Keefe says his favorite is yet to come.

Anyone else sick of the constant, mind-blowing corruption, and graft coming out of this Regime?

A related righteous rant from David Limbaugh on Twitter:

Obama has once again demonstrated his disdain for America, Americans, and our Constitution. I say now is the time for good ol’ fashioned American civil disobedience. From today, let no one sign up for Obamacare. It’s not a law, just the bidding of a narcissistic megalomaniac.

That’s been my clarion call for the past five (but especially last) years.

Ed Schultz Is Nuts (Video)

Yesterday on his MSNBC show, a delusional and manic Ed Schultz channeled former Democratic Governor Howard Dean, screeching a supportive “yeah!” after  showing a clip of Obama out on the  permanent campaign trail defending ObamaCare.

Via Newsbusters:

Schultz wondered aloud, “Am I asking too much as an Obama supporter to want that?” The liberal host then mocked Obama’s performance at a news conference as ” Well, we haven’t been very good. I’m not happy.” An increasingly manic Schultz began shrieking, “…The next time you go into the press room in Washington, you give it to them! You let them have it! This is good! This is great for America!”

Had to share this – it’s just too funny watching pro-Obama dead-enders melt down in comic fashion as their hero’s “signature achievement” crashes and burns.
Newsbusters reports that on Wednesday, Schultz actually justified the President lying to Americans about the health care law. What else are they going to do at this point? They denied the lies for years – when the lies could no longer be denied – they had to be justified, somehow. Hey, the American people don’t know what’s good for them. They can’t handle the truth. We must place our faith and trust in our Lord and Savior King Obama.

What was Obama even doing in Cleveland yesterday, you might be wondering. I was.
According to Cleveland.com, “Obama returned to feed off a friendly vibe while attempting to move his administration beyond the maelstrom of his signature health care program’s debut.”
In other words – ObamaCrash is making DC a huge bummer for him. He needed to return to a union strong Democrat stronghold to bask in the glow of his adoring drones. How pathetic is that?
I don’t know who I feel more scornful of – Obama or the dead-enders who still support him.

This Weeks’ Watcher’s Council Results

romandicegame

Alea iacta est…the Council has spoken, the votes have been cast, and we have the results for this week’s Watcher’s Council match up.

But before we get to that, we have some important business to take care of..likely celebrating our compadre Tom White of VA Right’s birthday!

Aside from his prodigious writing talents featured on one of Virginia’s top blogs (which includes some pretty good songs and musicianship by the way as well as his writing),Tom has many of the qualities that makes a great friend..a great sense of humor, clear insight and the rare quality of being there when you need him. He’s always there to share his IT expertise and help out someone in the Council with a techie problem, and he’s someone I can always rely on to give me an honest and common sense answer whenever I’ve asked his advice. Ever since he joined our posse, I’ve always felt like I’ve known him for years, which might seem odd to some people since we’ve never met in person yet, (although we’ve yakked on the phone) but that’s just how it is.Birthday_cake

We have carrot cake today with chocolate pralines ( be sure and take a hunk home for Mrs.Tom,OK?)

To go with the cake, in honor of the Old Dominion we have a nice couple of bottles of Williamsburg Winery’s 2011  Vintage Reserve Chardonay to share around. Yes,  I’m told by reliable sources that they actually make good wine in Virginia.

For those of you who prefer grain to grape…some wondrous Virginia moonshine, made by men who despise both the revenooers and the idea of turning good corn into ethanol and go their own way. Pure heaven, and dandy for the sinuses:

whisky

And I arranged for a special express delivery to get it here on time:

One of the best parts of being involved in the blogosphere isn’t the fame and huge amounts of money involved, but the great people you meet. Tom is definitely one of them. Have an absolutely wonderful birthday my friend..many more

OK, down those shots and let’s look at this weeks results…

Last week in Geneva, the permanent members of the UN Security Council met with the Iranians on their illegal nuclear program . We heard a number of versions of what happened, especially from our Secretary of State John Kerry, who assured us that a wonderful deal was all ready to be signed, but..

This week’s winner, Joshuapundit’s  What No One’s telling You About Iran’s Big Victory In Geneva  is the real story of what actually happened inGeneva, why the French opposed the deal, and why it ended up as a huge victory for Iran for reasons that are simply not being reported here in the West, probably because a lot of Americans would be shocked at what went down. Here’s a slice:

What exactly happened in Geneva?

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry’s tells us that the Iranians ‘walked away’ from the impending deal:

According to Mr Kerry the P5+1 group, representing the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany, were united when the proposed deal was presented to the Iranian negotiating team on Saturday.

“But Iran couldn’t take it, at that particular moment they weren’t able to accept,” Mr Kerry said.

Our hope is that in the next months we can find an agreement that meets everyone’s standards.”

I thought that Secretary Kerry spoke fluent French, but somehow it seems he’s lost the ability.French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius was fairly and publicly open about France’s opposition to the Iran deal, and the French refused to sign on. What France wanted was the Iranians agreeing to halt work on their Arak heavy water reactor, which can produce plutonium and has no peaceful application. The French also insisted that the Iranians ‘downblend’ their stockpile of 20% uranium to 5%, which could still be used for nuclear fuel but was much further away from weaponization. The French also wanted the Iranians to cease enrichment during the talks, as well as the inclusion of far better plans for verifying Iranian compliance.

France’s motivation for opposing the proposed deal was their country’s own self interest, nothing more.

France has always had major trade and diplomatic interests in the Arab world, and they aspire to a larger role in the region, especially since the U.S. is retreating. And France has particularly close trade and security relationships with to Sunni Arab countries in the Middle East that oppose Iranian domination and a Shi’ite nuclear power. Saudi Arabia, for example, is the Middle East’s foremost buyer of French arms. Last August, the French signed a €1 billion ($1.34 billion) defense contract with Saudi Arabia, which included overhaul work on four frigates and two refueling ships in the Saudi navy, and the French reportedly have arms sales contracts with other Sunni countries in the GCE and throughout the region. At the same time the Saudis and others are investing heavily in France’s farming, food and industrial sectors. Given France’s economy, all this represents a substantial and important financial interest for the French. And in terms of their influence, a nuclear armed Shi’ite Iran undermines France’s long standing Mediterranean Union’ project with the Arab world. This explains why the French have consistently been fairly tough on Iran in general.

France’s stance on Iran is also affected by domestic politics. Almost all of France’s Muslims – whom voted for the ruling Socialists and Hollande by a 90% margin or so – are Sunni and fear Iran’s dominance over Islam.

And while the French could hardly be said to be Israel’s best friend, France and Israel have substantial trade relations as well as a number of French nationals who hold dual French-Israeli citizenship, which added up to one more reason for the French.

So when Secretary Kerry says that the P5+1 group were united….we can only assume something got lost in translation.

The real story is the huge victory in Geneva the Iranians walked away with that no one’s reporting on.

You see, the Iranians have their own version of what went on in Geneva. As the Iranian government organ Fars reports, the Iranians consider what happened in Geneva as a huge win, and an important development. I can certainly see why.

Whoa: Obama Threatens To Veto House ‘Keep Your Health Plan Act’

Just this morning Obama announced his  illegal  “fix” to Obamacare. Now he’s threatening to veto the House’s legal fix to Obamacare? This is crazed.

The Hill reports:

The White House issued a formal veto threat Thursday night of a bill offered by House Republicans that would allow insurance companies to continue offering health plans that existed before the beginning of the new year.

The legislation, sponsored by Rep. Fred Upton (R-Mich.), is coming up for a vote on Friday.

In a statement from the Office of Management and Budget, the administration argues the law is intended to “sabotage” ObamaCare.

“[The bill] rolls back the progress made by allowing insurers to continue to sell new plans that deploy practices such as not offering coverage for people with pre-existing conditions, charging women more than men, and continuing yearly caps on the amount of care that enrollees receive,” the statement said.

Millions of Americans have received cancellation notices from insurance companies saying that their current plan will no longer be available under ObamaCare. Originally, the law did not permit grandfathering of plans that had been purchased or substantially altered since the health bill was passed three years ago. Some insurance companies also opted to stop offering plans that did not satisfy the minimum coverage requirements mandated for new enrollees under the Affordable Care Act.

There has been a debate among conservatives about whether the Republican fix would do more harm than good.

I’ve listened to both sides of the argument and remained conflicted until now. Let’s face it – after the last five years or so, the idea of Republicans outmaneuvering Democrats in Washington seemed like a stretch. But by gosh, it looks like their bet that Obama would veto the bill and he and Dems would take all the political damage may have won the day. Millions of Americans are still ObamaCare’s big losers – but so are Barack Obama and his Democrat clown posse in Congress.

And keep in mind…Obama made explicit what his totally bogus, illegal “fix” was all about at his presser when he said, “the Affordable Care Act is not going to be the reason why insurers have to cancel your plans.” He’s trying to shift the blame from ObamaCare onto the insurance companies for the canceled plans. But no one is buying it. NO ONE. Everyone understands that it’s nearly impossible to restore all the canceled policies in the amount of time they have to do it.

The media are not giving him a free pass on this one. Obama’s BS is no longer flying.

Congress needs to focus on REPEAL and replace. It’s time to unveil the health care plan they have waiting in the wings: The American Health Care Reform Act.
