Hillary Gives Up Possession of Private Email Server/Top Secret Emails found on Acct.

Welp – This should just about do it for Madame De Farge.

Hillary Rodham Clinton relented Tuesday to months of demands she relinquish the personal email server she used while secretary of state, directing the device be given to the Justice Department.

The decision advances the investigation into the Democratic presidential front-runner’s use of a private email account as the nation’s top diplomat, and whether classified information was improperly sent via and stored on the home-brew email server she ran from her house in suburban New York City.

Clinton had to this point refused demands from Republican critics to turn over the server to a third party, with attorney David Kendall telling the House committee investigating the 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya, that “there is no basis to support the proposed third-party review of the server.”

Republicans jumped on Tuesday’s decision to change course, as well as the additional disclosure that two emails that traversed Clinton’s personal system were subsequently given one of the government’s highest classification ratings.

“All this means is that Hillary Clinton, in the face of FBI scrutiny, has decided she has run out of options,” Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus in a statement. “She knows she did something wrong and has run out of ways to cover it up.”

We don’t really need to hear from Reince. This isn’t “politics as usual.” This is “Crime and Punishment” and we may be entering the punishment phase.

In March, you may remember, G-ma Clinton insisted, “There is no classified material. So I’m certainly well aware of the classification requirements and did not send classified material.”

That lie is no longer operable.

Via McClatchy:

As pressure builds on Hillary Clinton to explain her official use of personal email while serving as secretary of state, she faced new complications Tuesday. It was disclosed her top aides are being drawn into a burgeoning federal inquiry and that two emails on her private account have been classified as “Top Secret.”The inspector general for the Intelligence Community notified senior members of Congress that two of four classified emails discovered on the server Clinton maintained at her New York home contained material deemed to be in one of the highest security classifications — more sensitive than previously known.

I don’t like to toot my own horn, but what have I been saying since the email story broke in March, folks? Let’s take a trip down Memory Lane:

On MARCH 3, I began speculating: Morning Joe: Hillary’s Use Of Personal Email At State Dept “Staggering” And “Shocking”:

Hmmmm…

Will Hillary survive these scandals? Or is the deck being cleared for the left’s latest darling Lizzie (Fauxcahontas) Warren?

By March 5 my mind was made up: “Stunning”: Media rips Hillary Clinton over email scandal:

I put “stunning” in sneer-quotes because this is not stunning at all. The liberal media do not want another Clinton in the White House, PERIOD –  with all those bad memories of constant scandals having to be ignored or defended…. All those mortifying stories they were forced to pretend were not a big deal… Her checkered distant and no-so distant past now already coming back to haunt her….Hillary is damaged goods.

March 6: What Did I Tell You?: Valerie Jarrett Offered Chance to Defend Hillary Clinton, Declines:

Under the bus:

She talks up how important “transparency” is to the lying grifter Obama. When asked if she would fire someone conducting all of his business on private email, she declines to answer that “hypothetical.”

As I’ve been saying – the powers that be want to clear the decks for Indian Princess Elizabeth Warren.

A blunt headline from March 12: No Really – Hillary’s Toast:

In case you doubted me when I said it last week – Hillary is toast. She’s not the preferred candidate, and a giant hook is in the process of dragging her off the stage.

Via Ace of Spades HQ:

Politico: White House Sources Now Distancing From Clinton
Actually Saying It’s Too Bad Hillary Didn’t Learn to Be Ethical and Transparent, Like We Are

At the least it means ValJar or Kerry, that level.

They thought she’d changed. They thought maybe she’d picked up a little bit from them about how people respond to awkward secret arrangements and contrived ways of not telling the full story. This has been a surprising two weeks for aides in President Barack Obama’s orbit as they’ve watched Hillary Clinton’s email mess unfold.

April 13, I struggle to show interest in what I know is a done deal: Hillary Clinton – – eh Whatever:

*I should write something about Hillary Clinton’s big media rollout, Sunday – the long awaited announcement of her candidacy for president – (which as you know, had to be delayed until her email scandal had sufficiently subsided.) With all THAT behind her, along with a few other scandals (<<<Yeah, go ahead and hit that) Hills felt comfortable making her exciting announcement. (ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ)

Yeah, I’m sorry. I could not be more bored. This thing ain’t happening.

April 24: Oh Hillary!

I keep saying that I won’t blog about Hillary because I’d rather spend time on consequential matters – and since she’s not going to be the Democrat nominee, why waste my time? But the HRC meltdown continues in epic fashion – or as Fox News’ Jason Riley says, “she’s stumbles quite regularly.”

Let’s face it – there is some entertainment value to all this.

May 1: Hillary Is Not Happening, You guys:

I keep asking, where’s the big groundswell of support for Hillary? She’s just stumbling along, hobbled each week by new scandals popping up, adding to the others that aren’t conveniently going away.

And why aren’t these scandals conveniently going away? Because the people who control the narrative (regrettably still the MSM) do not want Hilldog to be their candidate.

And so she won’t be.

So forgive me if I don’t spend a lot of time on all the latest shoes to drop on Hillary’s myriad of scandals. I just don’t think this charade is worth my time.

May 18: More Bad Stuff About Hillary Via The NYTs:

Wow, what’s wrong with that picture?

Not the fact that Hillary is one hell of a corrupt individual who surrounds herself with scumbags like Sydney Blumenthal. We already knew that.

No, I mean the fact that the New York Times is doing its job and reporting on it. Wow…Stunning.

I mean, I don’t know about you, but I remember all of 2007 and 2008 going by without the New York Times breaking a single news stories about Obama’s communist ties, his friendships with Frank Marshall Davis, domestic terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, and his stark raving lunatic Pastor Jeremiah Wright – not to mention his membership to Man’s Country in Chicago – not to mention about 40 other things about his background that could have torpedoed his campaign.

But boy. It’s a different ballgame for Grandma-Clinton, huh?

The NYTs is commonly referred to as “the house organ of the Obama administration,” incidentally — if you get my drift.

June 15: State Dept. Whistleblower Scandal Coming Back To Haunt Hillary:

Longtime readers of this blog should not be strangers to this story. I covered these allegations, and the State Dept’s retaliation against whistleblowers extensively in 2013. I’ve been wondering why it hasn’t been brought up until now.

Like so many other Clinton scandals – this one cluster-F alone (in a healthy, sane country) would be enough to derail her pathetic candidacy.

If she makes it through the primary without getting indicted, US demographics are such that she’s a sure thing in 2016 said Hugh Hewitt on the Adam Carolla Show, 6/11/15

Yeah well – she just may be indicted.

One of my least favorite things to do in the world, is make predictions. 99% of the time I have no idea how things are going to shake out, and I hate guessing games, so I stay away from making predictions like the plague. But this was just so obvious and clear to me. The difference between the media’s coverage of 2007/2008 and this election cycle could not be more stark.

The only question, is – who will take her place as the Democrat frontrunner. The entire bench is weak. Bernie Sanders – the senile, old school Commie? O’Malley? The younger and hipper “progressive” (commie) who likes to play guitar with his shirt off, and cravenly backs down when the #BlackLivesMatter crowd chastises him for saying “ALL lives matter”? Joey “Choo Choo” Biden? (Enough said.)

I still say, when the “shocking” inevitable happens, Lizzie Warren is going to rise out of the ashes to rescue the Democrat party.

The sad truth of the matter, however, is that any one of those clowns could win in this country today,  with our fundamentally transformed demographics and the entire Democrat media complex behind them.

  2. I have long ago given up on including Bubba & Hillary Rotten in my nightly prayers, hoping for a indictment. They have more lives than a hoard of feral cats. These ongoing problems however haven given me a renewed hope. There are so many angles and possibilities that put her in jeopardy surrounding these latest allegations.

First off, she has proclaimed numerous times that she “wiped her server”, if true the DOJ will have to do forensics on it to recover the information. Which is very probable and will cause her many sleepless nights. Secondly she claimed that she used the private server not only for “official business” but also to correspond with her husband (Bubba). He has stated that he has never used email.

These leaks that have happened had to come out of the White House, most likely from ValGalPal (Jarrett), with the nod of her boss. There is no love lost between them. After the way they kept General Petraeus under investigation for almost two years plus, ( to keep him quiet), they finally unloaded on him. They cannot afford not to pursue Hill Rotten, given much more serious allegations. If this leads to the Foundation, all bets are off……the numerous bribes and quid pro quos will be staggering.

She turned over “hard copies” of her emails, not digital copies. Making it harder to sort, and determine what was included in those emails. Where digital copies would’ve made searches a snap. So how is it then that her lawyer, David Kendall has copies of them on “jump drives”? Not to mention that he is not authorized to have them in his possession, without a security clearance. Why are there copies still in her possession, when she claimed the server was wiped?

The possible charges are almost countless, if the are pursued with any kind of vigor. Perjury, obstruction of justice, possession of classified material, security of that material, passing of that material to unauthorized persons, failure to relinquish material when leaving her position at State, unsecured government material and server.

Better get a scorecard and loads of popcorn, one way or another this is going to get very interesting. She is being “knee capped” and most likely by the White House. Surely this will play out well into the dem primary season, if she isn’t indicted before ( I know wishful thinking).
