They still swoon at iconic pictures of him rife with popular left-wing symbolism. The Chicago Jesus wants to rally his worshipers to continue supporting him through the rough months ahead.
Preezy Obama is known for sleeping in late – and being late in general – to press conferences, meetings, official events, etc.

His daily schedule as president is notoriously light on work– heavy on photo-ops, fund-raisers, speeches, golf trips and vacations. His very favorite activity is self-promotion and he never tires of it. And you have to hand it to him – there are a lot of lofo drones out there who think the Preezy of the United Steezy is totally epic, you guyz , because he shoots hoops and plays pool with the regular “folks” – as he likes to call them in public – although in private he probably uses all sorts of other euphemisms for the American people – “dupes” being one of them.
But one challenge that I always offered to Democrats is we do have one congenital disease, which is we’re not very good during off-year elections.
We don’t think it’s flashy enough — I don’t know. There aren’t enough celebrities involved? I mean, I don’t know what’s going on, but a lot of times we don’t vote at the same rates.
We don’t pay attention.
By “we”, he means you dumb S.O.B.s being bamboozled by his boffo celebrity-in-chief act.
But credit where credit is due – the cult of personality stuff helped get him elected – twice. It certainly doesn’t speak well of the American people. But it speaks well of Obama’s awe-inspiring self-promotion skills.
After being down in the polls, Preezy got “his cool” back in 2012 by being a guest on every possible pop culture TV show in America, while dodging serious interviews and press conferences.
This year, he’s going with a new but painfully obvious PR stunt – #TheBearIsLoose – which his minions are pushing on twitter. Some in the media are even playing along.

They do however solve Obama’s cabin fever and to the majority of still loyal hounds in network media, that’s all that’s needed to salvage what’s left of the guy they sold to the country in 2009.
Enabled by a desperate media, he can lament that Congress gets nothing done while simultaneously pounding microbrews, shooting nine ball and working on his handicap.
Obama doesn’t want anything to do with the humanitarian crisis in Iraq, Israel, Ukraine and more importantly, our own southern border, because he can’t talk his way through them. It would require putting down the pool cue and working with congressional leaders on how to formulate a solution together.
But President Preezy likes to tell his audiences he’s the hardest working man in Washington.

Obama wants nearly $4 billion (!) to deal with the border crisis (of his own making.) And Republicans are expected to pony up or he and his praetorians in the MSM will gang up on them.
Today President Obama says he needs $3.7 billion from Congress to handle the crisis his lawless policies are creating. Amazingly, the funding request further advertises his administration’s amnesty efforts and our fraud-riddled asylum programs, while explicitly omitting any request for expedited deportation authority. The request is also not paid for. The administration wants to borrow every penny.
I’m glad that Republicans like John Boehner and Sessions aren’t allowing themselves to be emotionally blackmailed by this treacherous president.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), in 2007 on the eve of the recession, there were 146.6 million Americans working. Today, after six years of the Obama Administration, there are 145.8 million Americans in jobs, 800,000 below the previous peak. Since Obama came into office in 2009, 7.2 million people have left the workforce, making the true unemployment rate 8.3 percent, not 6.1 percent. Median household income is down almost $2,300 from what it was when Obama took office. Real wages are lower than they were in 1999. Growth in the first quarter of this year was a negative 2.9%, the biggest downward revision from the agency’s second GDP estimate since records began in 1976.
In April, prior to the present massive and growing surge in illegal minor immigration, Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) said Obama has created an “open borders” situation by failing to enforce U.S. immigration law. One could fairly conclude that the current crisis was a deliberate policy decision because the Obama indicated that he would expand Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), a program that offers amnesty for illegal immigrant children and provides an incentive for exactly the type of mass illegal invasion we are witnessing on our southern border.
There should be little doubt that Obama’s open borders policy is meant to fundamentally transform the country’s demographics, produce millions of additional Democratic voters and welfare recipients and permanently undermine the national security of the United States.
Obama’s “solutions” never seem to work, do they? But as long as the MSM remain willing dupes – so will too many of the American people.

After giving Obama 4 pinocchios for his repeated pledge to America that no one would take away” their health plans, Glenn Kessler, the Washington Post factchecker has “double tapped” the president with 3 more pinocchios for trying to scapegoat insurance companies.
Blaming the insurance companies can only go so far. First of all, the administration wrote the rules that set the conditions under which plans lose their grandfather status. But more important, the law has an effective date so far in the past that it virtually guaranteed that the vast majority of people currently in the individual market would end up with a notice saying they needed to buy insurance on the Obamacare exchanges.
The administration’s effort to pin the blame on insurance companies is a classic case of misdirection. Between 75 and 95 percent of the problem stems from the effective date, but the White House chooses to keep the focus elsewhere.
I’ve thought this (and said it) before, but it really does look like the media is finally turning on the SCOAMF.
I think the “direct” and “spicy” meeting with Senate Democrats might have included the threat, “Give us a delay or we’ll start voting with the Republicans on the If You Like Your Plan You Can Keep It bill,” which would of course destroy Obamacare (and the American insurance industry, too, at least until Obama permitted the repeal of his horrible law).
There is a potential catastrophe looming for thousands, if not millions of Americans, and no one in the media is acknowledging it, much less pressing the White House for an answer.
According to the Associated Press, 3.5 million Americans have already received cancellation notices from their health insurance companies. Before the end of the year, that number could double.
Not all, but too many of these people are being thrown onto the federal ObamaCare exchange which, as you might have heard, is not working.
In order to be insured before your now-cancelled insurance expires on January 1, you have to enroll through the ObamaCare site no later than December 15. That is a mere 38 days away.
The Senate Majority Leader did himself proud, today, on the Senate floor where he suggested that Republican complaints about ObamaCare were not valid criticisms, but “jokes” that make he and his colleagues laugh.
In a speech on the Senate floor Thursday, the Nevada Democrat didn’t address any of the GOP’s specific complaints about the law. But he playfully suggested that Republicans, in order to save time, just “number their one through 50 criticisms of Obamacare” and yell out a number when they want to reference a specific complaint.
“We’ve heard things so many times, we would immediately laugh because basically they’re jokes,” Reid said.

CBS News has learned that [Tony] Trenkle, the Chief Information Officer for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), was originally supposed to sign off on security for the glitch-ridden website before its Oct. 1 launch, but didn’t. Instead, the authorization on September 27 was given by Trenkle’s boss, CMS administrator Marilyn Tavenner…
Trenkle and two other CMS officials, including Chief Operating Officer Michelle Snyder, signed an unusual “risk acknowledgement” saying that the agency’s mitigation plan for rigorous monitoring and ongoing tests did “not reduce the (security) risk to the … system itself going into operation on October 1, 2013.”…
Wednesday, an HHS spokesman said that the reason Tavenner, not Trenkle, signed the security authorization is because HealthCare.gov is “a high-profile project and CMS felt it warranted having the administrator sign the authority to operate memo.” HHS also says there is an aggressive risk mitigation plan in effect, “the privacy and security of consumers personal information is a top priority for us” and personal information is “protected by stringent security standards.”
During the opening segment of the Country Music Awards, hosts Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley did a hilarious brief sketch and song about the mega-fail that has been the Obamacare launch.
Dylan Bleier: Obama Fan, Hate Crime Hoaxer and “atheist/pacifist/environmentalist/libertarian socialist/consequentialist”
Early last March, Oberlin College, a progressive school in Ohio with a history of hate crime hoaxes, canceled all classes for a day as it scrambled to deal with a number of alleged hate-related incidents that had been reported on the campus. Students and faculty were filled with dread as some racist, bigoted (perhaps even Republican!) hater(s) besieged the campus with shocking, anti-Semitic, racist fliers.
Students banded together “in solidarity” to fight the hatred in their midst!
You may remember the hysteria culminated in a report of a person wearing a KKK hood and robe near the Afrikan Heritage House, as reported by Oberlin’s president Marvin Krislov in a letter also signed by three deans. The “KKK” hood-wearing menace turned out to be a student walking around the area in a blanket.
The Oberlin Police Department identified liberal Obama supporter and OFA organizer, Dylan Bleier and his partner, Matt Alden, as the two perps responsible for the month-long torrent of racist, anti-Semitic and anti-gay messages at the small, private campus.
A slew of reports had come in on February 9. One student reported an anti-Semitic flier a campus building. A swastika showed up drawn on a glass door at another building.
Over the next two days, students reported seeing fliers with swastikas and demeaning comments about Martin Luther King, Jr.
On February 13, a student reported to campus officials that a racist flier had appeared on her door. The flier made a derogatory reference to Black History Month and — in all capital letters — the sexual assault of “A WHITE WOMAN!”
The unidentified student said she believed that Bleier and Alden were “responsible for this flyer being posted on her door.”
On February 15, a large handmade poster of a Nazi flag with a swastika was discovered taped inside the windows of the second floor of the Science Hall. Bleier was later found to have after-hours access to the Science Center.
The police report shows that school officials questioned Bleier and Alden. The report says that the two students admitted to leaving at least some of the markings, literature, and other paraphernalia across campus as a “joke” or a “troll.”

On February 27, Oberlin security officers finally caught Bleier and Alden — apparently red-handed — in the process of their hateful message circulation. At the time, according to the report, one of the students had discarded a piece of paper reading: “Islam. It kills.”
Bleier attempted to explain away the incriminating evidence, according to the police report.
“I’m doing it as a joke to see the college overreact to it as they have with the other racial postings that have been posted on campus,” he told campus cops.

At one point, police records say, Bleier wrote a statement in Burton’s office claiming responsibility for the flier left on the door of a female student February 5. He also owned up to responsibility for some cards containing the word “niggermania.”
“I printed out a page of racist ‘niggermania’ cards to show to friends as a joke/for the shock value,” he allegedly wrote, adding that he had somehow accidently left them sitting in a lounge on campus.
“Matt Alden and I made a giant Nazi flag as a joke to troll people and put it up in the science center,” Bleier also confessed, the police report says.
He claimed to have had nothing to do with any of the other swastikas strewn around campus, but then allegedly wrote, “I posted Krislov’s head photoshopped onto Hitler’s body LoL.”
It’s funny how lefties always claim “it was just a joke!” whenever they’re caught red-handed faking something.
The truth is, left wing hoaxers do it for political gain, knowing that the Right will be accused of fomenting hatred and violence through the bigoted speech. It’s nothing new, Michelle Malkinhas been tracking the phenomena for many years.
As for Dylan’s left wing creds, the Daily Caller reported that Dylan Bleier hosted a voter registration drive in a Walmart parking lot sponsored by Organizing for Action, the community organizing project that advances the agenda of Obama.
On his now-defunct LinkedIn page, Bleier noted that he was the founder and president of the Ithaca High School for Obama club. He also identified himself as a member of the Oberlin College Democrats.
Bleier also listed his participation in a group called Ithaca White Allies Against Structural Racism. He joined the group in May of this year, he reported. He said the group’s goal is to “eradicate structural racism in Tompkins County [NY], via forums discussing racism.”
On his Twitter account, which he protected after TheDCNF reached him on Tuesday, Bleier hailed Obama’s comments on George Zimmerman, tweeting: “Zimmerman is just the tip of the iceberg, a single highly visible symptom of the racist system that is ‘succeeding’ in the US.”
Bleier also describes himself on Twitter as an “atheist/pacifist/environmentalist/libertarian socialist/consequentialist.”
It’s a good thing he’s a consequentialist. Because when the day comes that he can’t get a decent job with a reputable company because of his background perpetrating fraud, he’ll understand that that is the logical consequence of his actions.
