Pat Caddell on Hillary: “She’s Dying Right Before Our Eyes Politically’

Political Insiders Pat Caddell, Doug Schoen, John LeBoutillier were back on Fox News with Harris Faulkner, Sunday to talk about 2016 Democrat race where things are looking increasingly glum for Hillary Clinton.

A new poll in Iowa has the commie septuagenarian Bernie Sanders beating Ma-Clinton in a head to head. (*giggle*)

In a Clinton/Trump head to head, it’s 46% for Clinton and 43% for Trump.

Democrat pollster Pat Caddell noted that that since the WaPo poll “is a heavily biased Democratic poll usually — if they’re showing three points, then Trump’s ahead, I’ll guarantee that.”

He maintained that Clinton is “desperately wounded” and in fact “dying right before our eyes.”

“Hillary gets worse and worse by the week,” Caddell said. “These resets don’t work – and I’ll tell ya — that memo from the NYTs which said — they had done focus groups and she was going to apologize, she’s going to be more human – and then she goes on Ellen who slobbers all over her, and whatever and dances and what-not. You know what? The phoniness is phony!”

Caddell pointed out that the email scandal isn’t even Hillary’s only problem. There’s also Benghazi – and “most of all the foundation.” He added, “she’s dying right in front of our eyes, politically.”

Caddell said he watched the talk shows, Sunday morning, “which is enough to really give me bad heart-burn, literally,” he said. “These people keep saying, ‘oh, Hillary still can’t lose.’ None of them have learned, anything. They don’t understand the system, right now. They don’t understand that we’re having a literal uprising against the political class. This is a revolution,” Caddell added. “This is not ‘oh, let’s have a little protest…’ It is a change in the political order.”

*Don’t want to repeat myself — but — I was saying she was dead politically back in March. The fact that Hillary would not survive this email scandal should not have been a surprise to anyone who pays close attention to politics, (as I explained here) but there weren’t too many people saying it in March.

I agree with Ann Coulter, however, that we should be rooting for Hillary to pull through the primary, because she is easily their weakest, most compromised candidate.

Unfortunately, she is being taken out.

Caddell put it very well – “she’s dying right in front of our eyes.”

The Mountain Behind Hillary’s Email Molehill – And a Prescient 2008 Warning From Christopher Hitchens (Video)

Pat Caddell on Hannity, Tuesday evening, said Hillary Clinton’s email scandal feels like “deja vu all over again”

After watching Clinton’s “trainwreck” of a press conference earlier today, he remarked, “I just had this horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach that we’ve been here before, and Oh my God, here we go again. Not only did she not answer – she raised a lot more questions.” An AP fact-check found Clinton’s explanations to be less than exculpatory. Here are the 20 Funniest Reactions to Hillary’s Catastrophic Email Press Conference.

“This is a big hill,” Caddell continued. “It’s not a molehill. This is a big hill – this email – and the mountain standing behind it are all those contributions from foreign governments and corporations – 26 of whom tried to get work from the State Department.”

Caddell noted, “we know this server has been hacked because we have the Sydney Blumenthal hacking that took place with her in which he was sending her… dozens of emails about foreign policy.”

He was referring to the hacker known as “Guccifer” who in a e-mail blasts two years ago,  disseminated four memos to Clinton from Sidney Blumenthal on foreign policy.

Via The Smoking Gun:

The 64-year-old Blumenthal, who worked as a senior White House adviser to President Bill Clinton, had his AOL e-mail account hacked last week by “Guccifer,” who has conducted similar illegal assaults against a growing list of public figures, including Colin Powell, relatives and friends of the Bush family, and a top United Nations official.

The hacker’s e-mails went to hundreds of recipients, though the distribution lists were dotted with addresses for aides to Senate and House members who are no longer in office. But many of the addresses to which the Blumenthal memos were sent are good (though it is unclear whether karl@rove.com is a solid address for the Republican mastermind).

Most of the e-mail recipients were sent four separate memos that were e-mailed to Clinton by Blumenthal during the past five months. Each memo dealt with assorted developments in Libya, including the September 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi. One memo marked “Confidential” was sent to Clinton on September 12.

Blumenthal’s memos and e-mails to Clinton were sent to her at a non-governmental e-mail address through the web domain “clintonemail.com.”

Did Republicans not yet see the problem with this?

As TSG reported last week, after Blumenthal’s e-mail account was compromised, the hacker searched it for e-mails sent to Clinton, and further sorted the mail to segregate any attachment–like Word files–that were included in Blumenthal’s correspondence to Clinton. Many of these pilfered documents were memos to Clinton on foreign policy and intelligence matters.

While “Guccifer” appears to have downloaded many of these attachments, the hacker opted not to send the actual Word files to those on the e-mail blast list (likely as a security measure since the downloaded files could contain metadata that could lead to the hacker, who is the target of a mushrooming federal criminal investigation).

Flashback: A very prescient Christopher Hitchens (God rest his soul) in an appearance on the Larry King Show in November of 2008 – when Hillary Clinton’s name was being bandied about for Secretary of State – gave a laundry list of reasons why she should not be nominated. First and foremost – the Clintons’ history of taking corrupt foreign donations.

“There are about five or six financial scandals in her past – all of them related to foreign donors to her and her husband – the Riady family in Indonesia, innumerable people in connection to business in China – not an unimportant country in our State Department’s periphery – or our Treasury’s periphery.”

He added that there were “many, many dozens of whom fled the country rather than testify into the hearings on Clinton’s fundraising and her brother who tried to get a hazelnut monopoly in Georgia and who took loans from Marc Rich and didn’t repay them. If all of this was balanced by huge foreign policy expertise – okay, maybe, conceivably, possibly — but it isn’t! What’s her best foreign policy position?  She invented a record for herself in Bosnia – made herself into a laughing stock!”

Pat Caddell: Obama’s ‘Willing To Blow His Party and the Country’ Up Because He’s A Narcissist (Video)

Democratic strategist and pollster Pat Caddell had some harsh words for  the president on Sunday’s edition of Fox News’ Political Insiders. He panned Obama’s idea of how negotiating works, and questioned his commitment to immigration reform.

“He doesn’t care. I said it last election,” he told Fox News anchor Harris Faulkner. “He doesn’t believe in negotiating. He is who he is. He is willing to blow his party and the country up because he is a narcissistic man who doesn’t have a clue how to do his job.”

Doug Shoen: “Putin wants to put the Soviet Union back together, and we’re not stopping him.” (Video)

On Sunday, Sec. of State John Kerry stated that questions regarding the further federalization of Ukraine was up to Ukrainian citizens, not outside powers, following a meeting in Paris with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov,

Lavrov had stated earlier that Ukraine would not be able to function as a unified state and should push for decentralized governance that provides regions with greater autonomy.

“It is not up to us to make any decision or agreement regarding federalization. It is up to Ukrainians,” said Kerry.

Kerry also went on to condemn the presence of an estimated 40,000 Russian troops currently gathered along the Ukrainian border.

Fox News’ Political Insiders Pat Caddell, Doug “Bottom Line” Schoen, John LeBoutillier joined Harris Faulkner, Sunday evening to talk about the Kerry meeting.

Schoen shared what he called, Shoen’s Law: “Lavrov + Kerry = capitulation. Put simply, Harris, when we talk about the federalization of Ukraine, it is effectively as if we were talking about the break up of a sovereign nation – who are in the midst of a presidential election – this is unbelievable that this is going on, and I must tell you – I’m deeply concerned.”

Caddell agreed, noting that the parallels to Neville chamberlain is frightening. He suggested that what Putin said when he called Obama, was “I’m gonna need Moldavia, I’m gonna need the Balkan states…”

He continued, “this is not going to stop, and his statement, ‘I have no more territorial demands’ – it’s exactly what Adolf Hitler said.” And repeating his refrain from the past few weeks, Caddell declared, “we’re surrendering everything.”

Shoen said, “Putin wants to put the Soviet Union back together, and we’re not stopping him.”

And he continued (using his favorite phrase,  “bottom line” twice in one sentence) “Our troop levels are at their lowest levels in the last 40 years, we’re cutting our defense budget, as the Russian and Chinese are increasing their budgets by 10 – 12%. Bottom line – we’re not prepared to fight a war, we’re certainly not prepared to fight on multiple fronts…bottom line, Harris – we’re in trouble.”

In Caddell’s opinion,  Obama “appears to be committed to what is essentially unilateral disarmament.”

Around the world and at home, the Insiders noted, polling shows that the United States is seen as weaker today, than before Obama was elected.

Pat Caddell said, Obama is “the first American president I believe who does not particularly think America is an exceptional nation – and acts like it.”

Shoen agreed, “when I travel around the world and talk to people about our administration, people are confused, they’re aghast – and they believe that we are weak and without leadership.”

When the conversation moved to the latest ObamaCare delay, and the Regime’s bogus signup numbers, Caddell said, “look, all of this is basically a refusal to acknowledge that ObamaCare needs to be fixed.”

They talked about the new health care plan than that is being proposed (by Democrats) “to save their skin in the elections”, slamming the Republicans for not putting forward a plan of their own – (even though there are several good proposals out there, including a recent proposal from Senate Republicans.)

Moving on to the Republican presidential candidates, they said, “Chris Christie is in severe political distress” due to bridge-gate and Jeb Bush is profiting off of that because the GOP establishment big money bundlers are now favoring him. (insane, I know.)

“He’s running worse in the polls than anyone,” Caddell noted,  “because half the country says under no circumstances will we vote for another Bush.”

Caddell: 4 Years Later ObamaCare Is Still A Crime Against Democracy And The American People Will Never Accept It (Video)

Fox News’ Political Insiders, Pat Caddell, Doug Schoen, John LeBoutillier  joined Harris Faulkner, Sunday evening to talk about the big news stories, this week – starting with the 4th Anniversary of ObamaCare.

Harris asked the Insiders how they were celebrating the anniversary.

Doug is actually in Arizona, right now –

LeBoutillier compared Obama to LBJ, who was a hands on president – working with both sides to pass contentious legislation – to how Obama passed ObamaCare (excluding Republicans – shoving it down our throats), which is why he says it is unpopular – it’s how it was birthed!

Caddell said he is doing what he always does on the anniversary of ObamaCare:  “recite what I said the night it passed;  this is a crime against Democracy – the American people will never accept it. Four years later the American people still don’t accept it – and it’s still being pushed down their throats.”

RE the polls that show that ObamaCare is still unpopular: I have to ask. Why did so many of these Americans that don’t accept ObamaCare, vote for Obama in 2012? With God as my witness, I’ll never understand how the man was reelected. When he upheld the hated individual mandate,  Justice Roberts put Obamacare in the hands of the American people to decide its fate at the ballot box on November 6, 2012.   We all know how that worked out. The voters had it within their power to repeal ObamaCare by rejecting Obama, yet he somehow won with the help of God Knows how many illegal votes.

After the break, they talked about a WSJ story that contends that friends of Hillary Clinton are concerned about her potential White House run.

Schoen and Caddell noted that if the Clintons don’t want their friends to talk – they don’t talk. So the friends are out there talking for a reason.

The Insiders also talked about Obama’s decision to abdicate control of the internet, which former president Clinton recently came out strongly against.

Pat Caddell: ‘The Government Has Decided To Surrender The Country’ (Video)

Fox News’ Political Insiders, Pat Caddell, Doug Schoen, John LeBoutillier  joined Harris Faulkner, Sunday evening to talk about the big news stories, this week – starting with the missing Malaysian airliner and then moving on to the Obama administration’s decision to give up control of the internet, always leading from behind on the world stage and letting Putin eat their lunch, and finishing on domestic politics.

Caddell thought that the NSA should have some information about the missing plane given their surveillance abilities. LeBoutillier concurred, adding, ” they’re spying on Americans, they’re spying on the US Senate, but they can’t find this plane.”  He went on to note that we have the ability to track down a missing plane using modern technology: “The president should, if he hasn’t already, order the National Geo-spacial Intelligence Agency (that’s the one that does all the satellite photography) – we should be looking everywhere on this arc that this plane could be, every airstrip there, going back two months ago, to see if any extensions were built to accommodate this plane, and then we should be looking ….. that morning, at every plane that landed there. That is something we have the technology to do.”

Schoen bemoaned the administration for “not taking a leadership role. We haven’t heard from – really – anybody in our government to say we’re going to take the lead on terrorism, on air safety, air piracy…”

“They’re leading from behind, Doug!”  LeBoutillier exclaimed.

The Insiders unanimously disapproved of the Regime’s plan to give up control of the internet, calling it a huge national security risk. Schoen, said, “again, our government is silent.”

But  “it’s worse than silent”, Caddell piped in. “Let’s understand something. They do what they do all the time, which is surrender whatever advantages the country has – whichever advantages, wherever we dominate – their idea is  – we should get out, we should lead from behind, we should give it up, and just like they let Eastern Europe go, they’re letting the internet go….This government in Washington, and I hate to say, our party, has decided to surrender the country. The internet is just part of it.”

LeBoutillier called what is going on since Obama bowed out of the space race, “a pattern of retreat and psychological surrender.” And Caddell lamented that the Republican party won’t fight for any of these things.

The insiders then took turns slamming Sec. of State John Kerry for his latest weak inanities vis a vis the Ukraine.

After the break, they shared their thoughts on the Jolly win in Florida. Schoen called it an a “huge huge setback for Democrats.”

Caddell said, “this race would have been 7 points without the libertarian (which somehow the Democrats always manage to have in the race – Republicans are too stupid to have Green Party people)  but what you had there was a terrible candidate – a lobbyist for God’s sake –  running instead of an insurgent – against a candidate that almost won for Governor – was quite good and was expected to win.”

“Here’s the thing”, he continued, “Democrats said, we’ve got this slogan, we’re going to fix ObamaCare yet the Republicans let them get away with the fact that they never proposed any solutions …and on the other side the Republicans refused to have something to replace ObamaCAre with.
