Imagine the discovery process … all those late night calls from WH fruits to Ed Schultz … only who tells whom what to say?

There’s nothing better, especially after a day of reading, considering and commenting on the news, to sit down at 6 PM and hear Levin coming on the radio. People can say what they want about his demeanor, but the guy has a huge sense of humor and a knack for reducing, rather than expanding, the arguments of the day. I’d love to see him in a courtroom with any one of those MSM dopes.

One of my influences in choosing law was Heinlein’s character, Jubal Harshaw. And I see a lot of aspects today in Levin.
For those who’ve never read it, I recommend his book Men in Black.

I think a massive class action lawsuit against Dupnik and all the leftist talking heads and bloggers who falsely accused innocent people of being accessories to murder would not be a bad idea, and not just for Palin, Beck, and Rush, but also for TEA Partiers and conservatives everywhere who were subject to libelous slander in the wake of the Tuscon massacre.

Classes define the plaintiffs, not the defendants.
The tea party could be a class; the legacy media and the the left (but I repeat myself) would have to be individually named. And because no purely private figures were named, they don’t really have a cause of action anyway.
