Saturday Movie Matinee: Joe Wilson Was Right!

Washington Free Beacon, Joe Wilson Was Right: Obama’s Lies Through the Years:

Since his first presidential campaign, President Obama has made verifiably false and contradictory claims on a variety of issues.

This barely scratches the surface, but it’s a valiant effort, nonetheless:

Surprisingly, Mika is no friend of PETA.

  1. Tread lightly with Monica Wehby. I am sure she is better than her Democrat Opponent but I saw this video on TRS and several Oregonian commenters wrote that she is proChoice making this a deceptive ad. They thought that first nod should be given conservative, pro-life candidates in the primary first. And I do mean several people wrote the same.
Wehby has insisted she is “personally pro-life,” but: (Baker City Herald 1/24/2014 and KATU -Politics 3/3/2014) Also see Townhall -Cortney O’Brien 3/25/2014
“I believe this is a personal decision between a woman and her family, not a woman and the federal government,” Wehby said.
As for redefining Marriage: “I don’t believe the government should be, (the) federal government should be, involved in the marriage business. This is a state issue … our country was founded on personal freedom and the right to be who you are. The government shouldn’t be telling you who you love, who you live with, who you care about …,” she said.

Sound familiar? The Obama-Biden message of 2008. Again, I am sure she would be heads and tails above the democrat, still it is Primary time first so perhaps the stronger conservative Jason Conger should be supported first.

  2. Not sure why Hannity and Beck are saying that Bundy’s remarks are racist and bigoted. Better response at Truth Revolt – http://www.truthrevolt.org/news/unedited-tape-bundy-emerges-sheds-light-racist-remarks -They may be wrong, slavery was much worse than hopelessness of the projects and Ghettos but that is not racist. In slavery there was perhaps a hope of escape to freedom (in many cases probably not even a hope) or at least an understanding that they were penned up but in the projects and government housing blocks people just live oblivious to their predicament. At least it seems that way because they keep voting democrat. These living conditions are just crazy horrible. I shutter every time I see a movie or TV show shot in these locations. I can’t imagine what it would be like to not believe there was a chance of escape other than drugs or sports talent. I have read and listened to the whole talk of Bundy’s and just don’t see the reason for anger. Did these guys think they were following flamboyant wordsmith or an elderly cowboy/rancher who the BLM told he could not longer put enough cows to graze per acre to support his ranch? Told he would have to pay grazing fees to the agency that was going to shut him down with a contract to allow 1/10 of the amount of cattle per acre as before and all because of turtles, that odly enough are more in abundance on that land then lands without grazing!
Too bad that a conservative JFK or Ronald Reagan were not out there sitting in the saddle in a remote area of Nevada that could rally the conservative base! Boy we really are hurting for leader to lead the troops. We are now grasping at elderly ranchers to save us from the nightmare of leftist totalitarian dogma that pervades every aspect of life.

“So listen in these dark days of eroding liberty, as we now send more and more men out to fight for freedom against the dying of the light, so my fellow comport yourselves today and every day of your lives, so that if the American Republic should last for a thousand years men will still say: THIS was their finest hour. ” Bill Whittle

Buck up Hannity and Beck and everyone else! Don’t kill this old rancher because he is inarticulate. We don’t kill people for words or thoughts (remember Brendan Eich).
