Gateway Pundit: A Job Well Done… Top IRS Goon Who Wrote Threatening Letters to Conservatives Is Promoted

Just two weeks ago Barack Obama said the IRS targeting of conservatives was “Outrageous!”

Through 2012, then-Exempt Organization Specialist Stephen Seok signed many of the intimidating letters sent to conservative nonprofits. For example, this January 2012 letter sent to the Richmond Tea Party demanded the date, time and location of all group events, as well as copies of all handouts provided at the events, and the names and credentials of all organizers. Seok also demanded the names of all speakers and the contents of the speeches they made.

According to WXIX-TV/Fox 19 in Cincinnati, Seok is no longer an exempt organization specialist. He has since been promoted to  “supervisor IRS agent.”

Via Judicial Watch, Bill Killian, the US Attorney for the Eastern district of Tennessee, just wants Americans to know what the consequences for free speech might be.Special speakers for the event will be Bill Killian, U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and Kenneth Moore, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Knoxville Division.

Sponsor of the event is the American Muslim Advisory Council of Tennessee — a 15-member board formed two years ago when the General Assembly was considering passing legislation that would restrict those who worship Sharia Law, which is followed by Muslims.

Killian and Moore will provide input on how civil rights can be violated by those who post inflammatory documents targeted at Muslims on social media.

“This is an educational effort with civil rights laws as they play into freedom of religion and exercising freedom of religion,” Killian told The News Monday. “This is also to inform the public what federal laws are in effect and what the consequences are.”

Obama and his minions have essentially thrown the Constitution in the shredder. Oh well!

Now get this folks, the FBI has enough evidence for our military to seize five suspects believed responsible for murdering Ambassador Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty. The suspects have not been arrested because the Obama Administration insists on trying them in civilian court and do not believe it has enough evidence for a conviction.http://bit.ly/12v8X3G Why is Obama bending over backwards for terrorists; seeking to give them a platform and taxpayer funded attorneys in civilian court? Meanwhile, in case you have not noticed Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty are now only referred to in the media as “three other Americans”.

Here is another example of Obama protecting our enemy, while telling Americans to just deal with it.

Americans were enjoying a beautiful day watching family and friends running in the Boston marathon. Moments later, lives were brutality changed for ever; loved ones gone (dead), limbs blown off and hundreds severely injured. The first response of Obama was to make sure no one blamed Islamic terrorists. Upon arresting an Islamic terrorist for the bombing, Obama’s Justice department immediately ran to make sure Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was read his Miranda rights and provided with high powered elite attorneys paid for by us taxpayers.http://bit.ly/14KIsgg Tsarnaev stopped talking. This next example should get your blood boiling.

Retired Sgt. Alonzo Lunsford, shot seven times in the Ft. Hood terrorist attack is stuck with paying his own medical bills. The shooter, Nidal Hasan has been paid $278,000 while waiting trial. http://bit.ly/190gOvm

Because the Obama Administration insists on classifying the shooting “workplace violence” rather than a “terrorist attack”, Sgt. Lunsford and other shooting victims are denied combat-related pay. They are not eligible for Purple Heart retirement or medical benefits.

The Ft Hood shooting was unquestionably a terrorist attack. Before shooting, Hasan yelled, “Allahu Akbar!” Once again, our enemy, Hasan, is well taken care of by the Obama Administration while Sgt. Lunsford and fellow great American good guys get the shaft.

Marines serving at Camp Leatherneck in Afghanistan found out this week the Obama Administration will ratioon their meals starting on Saturday.
NBC News reported:

Marines at Camp Leatherneck in Afghanistan will lose a key daily meal starting Saturday, causing some to forgo a hot breakfast and others to work six-plus hours without refueling on cooked food, according to Marines at the base and Marine Corps officials.

The midnight ration service — known there as “midrats” — supplies breakfast to Marines on midnight-to-noon shifts and dinner to Marines who are ending noon-to-midnight work periods. It’s described as one of the few times the Marines at Leatherneck can be together in one place.

The Obama Administration and Pentagon officials continue to shrug off concerns over a new report by the Defense Science Board that revealed Chinese hackers have accessed over two dozen major U.S. weapons systems.

“They [China] aren’t building an F-35 in Beijing from what they got,” a senior U.S. officialtold NBC News flippantly.

Pentagon press secretary George Little downplayed the security breach as well.

“Suggestions that cyber intrusions have somehow led to the erosion of our capabilities or technological edge are incorrect,” said Little.

Despite the Obama Administration’s best efforts to mute the report’s findings, military experts like retired admiral and former commander in chief of the U.S. Pacific Fleet James A. Lyons, Jr. and Asian affairs author Gordon G. Chang say the Administration’s China policy is alarmingly misguided.

“There is something very wrong at the core of the Obama administration’s and the Pentagon’s China policies,” wrote Chang and Lyons in the Los Angeles Times.

Another example of Obama’s obsession with coddling our enemies while putting Americans at risk is Obama’s desire to close Guantanamo Bay. Guantanamo detainees are the worst of the worst, caught on the battle-field trying to kill Americans. They receive first-rate medical care, special diets respecting their religion, special concessions for their religious needs and cable TV. Upon their release, many former detainees return to the battle-field killing Americans. With gas and food prices continuing to soar, extremely high unemployment, millions of American homes financially under water, the first U.S. Ambassador killed in 30 years, global jihad and three major scandals on his Administration’s plate, why is releasing our enemies apparently Obama’s number one priority?

Former prosecutor Wesley White said he was ethically obligated to reveal that Fourth Judicial Circuit Information Technology Director Ben Kruidbos retrieved the data that weren’t turned over.

As The Washington Examiner‘s own Susan Ferrechio reports Fridaymost news organizations boycotted on principle Attorney General Eric Holder’s offer to join a press conference Thursday  in which he discussed the Obama’s White House various efforts to monitor, intimidate and harass journalists. Holder’s condition was that the meeting be “off the record,” meaning none of the reporters would be allowed to report what was said at the meeting.

Among those who did attend was the Washington Post. Today’s Post has an account of the meeting — sort of. That is, they have a story about what the Justice Department allowed them to say about its efforts to protect press freedom. The result is just beyond parody…
