37% of Dem WV Voters Prefer Incarcerated Felon Over Obama

Wow. I guess coal country wanted to send President Skyrocket a message.

Via The Hill:

A felon incarcerated in Texas took one in three votes away from President Obama in West Virginia’s Democratic presidential primary on Tuesday.

Keith Judd, who is serving time in a federal prison in Texarkana, Texas, for extortion, took 37 percent of the vote, with 50 percent of precincts reporting. Obama captured the remaining 63 percent.

By locking up more than 15 percent, Judd may be entitled to at least one delegate at the Democratic National Convention in September.

Anyone remember anything like this happening to President Bush? No? You know why that is, right?

As Dave Weigel explained on Twitter:

THEORY: Some West Virginia voters might not like black liberals.

Meanwhile, 20% of voters in North Carolina showed their raaaaaacism by voting for “no preference” over SCOAMF.

….Or perhaps even many Democrats have grown weary of  Obama’s never-ending war on coal/oil, class war, racial division, enemies lists, record unemployment numbers, scandals, etc….
