Tennessee State Senator Brian Kelsey thought it would be funny to present HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius with a gift of “Websites For Dummies” during a Memphis ObamaCare event, Friday.
As you can see – no one was amused at the Kelsey’s idea of a joke – they look annoyed, constipated and very put out, indeed. Hrrrumph!
