Seems clear cut to me, Barack Obama cannot become President of the United States under Article II of the Constitution. Please listen to the linked youtube, and if you can, point out exactly where its conclusion is erroneous. Since the United States Supreme Court will be under the same Constitutional constraints with regard to the cases now before it, I don’t see HOW the Supreme Court can find otherwise. But, again, if anyone’s got a legal theory Obama can use to get out of checkmate, have at it:

Funny…reactions from losers who were dumb enough to support a failed president with the most consistently low approval ratings in modern history. Naturally they’re envious of a well liked president elect, one that received a unanimous international vote from 22 countries in 3 separate polls (BBC, Pew, and Gallup). Nice for a change – a bright young respected president filled with positive and constructive energy. The move from incompetence to competence, I can see why you’re jealous.

When the rest of the world starts paying taxes to us, then maybe I might care who they would elect President, until then, I’ll just keep in mind that “the world’s” best interest and mine rarely coincide.
