I’m watching it on Beck and the woman in the pink top is killing me.
She’s obviously happy she can talk so openly with the pimp and the hooker who want to import children for prostitution.
She’s implicating Just about everybody in California except Ahnold and my friend Bill, he’s a free-lance computer guy, in criminal activity.
I wonder what she’s going through right now as this is broadcast. Her phone is ringing off the hook from friends and righty bloggers (too bad Minitru will still be uninterested).

As much as I like investigative journalism, I am afraid I am going to have to question the legality of these tapes once again. With so many tapes in so many states, there is no doubt that they have overstepped a few wiretapping laws. In the New York tapes, they have easily overstepped laws against undercover filming and showing faces without signed consent. While I am happy that they are trying to expose problems with our government, they are doing too many illegal things to get full praise from me.

Seriously? You’re sticking up for those dirtbags?
I can’t think of a better way to expose the the deep and ingrained corruption at ACORN, which has been funded with federal dollars for years. Nobody else has been interested in investigating them.
I applaud their efforts, and dare any state attorney’s office to prosecute them.

Nick: I live in a state with “two party consent”, am in law enforcement, and as soon as I watched the first tape it crossed my mind, then when Baltimore brought it up I figured they would try to throw it into the mix as leverage. James, however, didn’t budge and two more have come out. State attorneys are politically vicious bastards who are always trying to make a name for themselves so I’m preparing that they will be eventually charged and sued despite the altruistic purpose and patriotism of their acts. I’m afraid they’re going to need our support in the future.

I am not saying that I am sticking up for them, perhaps I wasn’t clear. I love that they are trying to show corruption in the system. I am more worried about the legal implications that are going to come out of this. Hopefully that clears up my position.
