Austan Goolsbee’s logic, such as it is, is consistent with the inside the Beltway budgetary that a decrease in the rate of increase is a cut. Those cutting an increase from say ten percent to eight percent is decried as a cut.

Nice work, so far :). The video stopped at 9:05. You might also make the point that cumulative unemployment continued to grow under Obama and remains very high.
