Video: Allen West Reacts To Commander in Chief Playing a ‘Child’s Game’ During Bin Laden Raid

Allen West, the fiery former congressman from Florida reacted to the revelation that while the Navy SEALs were risking their lives carrying out his order to raid the Bin Laden compound, and kill OBL, the Commander in Chief was off playing “15 games of Spades” in the residential area of the White House (where he spends most of the working day according to some reports) instead of the Situation Room.

Obama’s former “body man” – Reggie Love – made the statement in an interview for Artists and Athletes Alliance and the video was posted on YouTube. (After Drudge linked to a site posting the video, it was promptly taken down by  the Artists and Athletes Alliance.  Copies, of course were made, so it’s still available for viewing.)

West said he wasn’t particularly surprised by the story since Obama as a Commander-in-Chief has so “lowered the bar,”

It was Lou Dobbs who suggested that Spades is a “child’s game”.

He sneered, “at least play Bridge, for crying out loud.  You expect a little more from a Commander in Chief.”

It would seem  the “gutsy call” was the choice of card games Obama chose for the night.
